Come stay in this newly renovated, beautifully decorated one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Winston-Salem! It is located steps away from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and a mile from downtown and the Winston Salem Arts District.

This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. This second floor apartment has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.

There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and king-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Nice space and very convenient

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It had all the amenities needed. Location was excellent and centrally located to many activities. The hosts were very communicative. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin so I had to make sure I kept my voice down so as to not to bother the neighbors.

The property was very nice and close to locations we wanted. We really like to cook and I was a bit disappointed in the cooking utensils; perhaps a teflon skillet could be added to the collection. Also, the can opener did not work properly. On our last night, there was quite a bit of loud conversation after 11 pm in another unit. I came from NM to meet my daughter who;s in med school. It was a really good location.
