Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A first floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!

You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.

There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

The pictures accurately represent the space, although furniture may change.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Perfect home away from home

Love this cozy , all new , 1 bedroom apt. We loved staying here while showing at the Antique and design center in Highpoint .A very easy pleasant drive . Plenty of restaurants near by . Wonderful having a washer and dryer . We emptied our luggage in all the drawers and felt right at home . Thank you Eric , you are a great host !

Great stay!

Enjoyed staying in the apt. even though it was a stressful time. The place is updated and very clean! Only negative was the noise from the upstairs guest, and some room darkening shades would be a nice touch! Managed by a very professional team of people! Would definitely stay tearer again!
