Exactly as described .Adleyley was very responsive in communicating with check in and check out. Nice and relaxing week. Looking forward to return trip.
This property was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax.
We were working in the area, so the location was great - off the beaten path but close to everything we needed.
Adley was a GREAT host and was very responsive to all our questions or requests. He is a great host and this is a beautiful property! Highly recommended!
From the moment you pull in the driveway and walk in this beautiful home you feel relaxed and truly at peace. I loved how this home was private and came with land your able to go outside and enjoy as a family. Inside is spacious cozy living room with big windows for natural light and views. We spent a lot of time in the living room enjoying the playing games and watching the fire at night. We also loved hanging in the hot tub while it snowed. Adley was very quick to respond each time. She gave me the impression that she truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. It was the perfect reset going into the new year! I definitely want to book another stay in the future!
What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay and watch the meteor showers on the deck and in the hot tub. Adley was very nice, responsive and has a gorgeous home! Definitely recommending this place and look forward to future stays.
Very happy with our stay and had a great experience! Nice home on a beautiful property - we were able to enjoy watching the many deer run around the yard each morning as we drank our coffee. Everything was ready for us and Adley was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely return!

Great Property & Home
We loved the beautiful well maintained property & style of home itself but all appliances very old & not in very good working order or barely cleaned & kitchen overall needs a very good cleaning. The main bathroom shower area is very hard to get into (tub high) & the basement bathroom ok & newer but would’ve preferred no steps on a daily basis. Location is private but very hard to navigate & no stores at all in immediate area.
It was a real convenient stay. We stopped for our own groceries on our way, but aside from that, the house was fully stocked with everything you would possibly need plus a lot of bonus items. The hot tub, steam shower, giant blueberry and raspberry patches, and apple orchard on the enourmous property were really nice and took our stay to the next level.
We all agreed that the blueberries were the best we’d ever had.
While it was nearly impossible to get cell reception, The Wi-Fi worked incredibly well, but to be in such a beautiful house on such a magnificent property, so far removed from any hustle and bustle… Wi-Fi was the last thing on our minds. We didn’t even use the firestick or Netflix account- just being there, enjoying nature with friends and family was perfect.
It was too hot to use the wood stove inside and we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit outside (such a shame- it’s so unique!), but there was plenty of seasoned firewood up for grabs.
If we HAD TO complain about something, it would be that upon arrival the house was a bit stuffy, but within an hour of opening all of the windows and doors (the house is pretty much constructed of windows- it’s incredible), the air was flowing through the house beautifully and it cooled off quickly. There were even a few fans in the basement that we brought up to the loft. The basement (where the 2nd bathroom & steam shower are located) by the way, remains ridiculously cool, even on the hottest days- so if all else fails, you could always take a breather down there!
I can’t say enough good things about the house. I will say however that as a small family of people over 40, Verbo’s cleaning fee seems excessive. I wish they would consider returning a deposit when houses are left in the condition in which they were found; as we did, except that we stripped the beds and put all linens in the hamper as requested, and washed all of the dishes we used, just as we of course disposed of the garbage and recycling properly. That has nothing to do with the property though, that’s Verbo.
We were looking for a secluded winter weekend getaway. And we found it here! Great spacious lodge home with amazing natural light. We brought our two dogs and had the house to ourselves though it will easily sleep 8. The amenities like hot tub and steam room make it a great value. And the owner is sweet and attentive. We would love to stay here again.
I stayed in Lyman with my husband and two dogs and it immediately felt like home. So cozy and private. The property is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Although there was so much to do around Cannon Mountain, the most enjoyable part of the trip was relaxing by the wood stove, taking advantage of the spacious kitchen and beautiful dining room and enjoying Adley's fantastic collection of books.
This is definitively a place to go to feel secluded in NH. My wife and I had a great time relaxing and enjoying the wood oven stove and outdoor hot tub. The owner was very communicative, and we had no issues with follow up or questions about the property. We will keep this place in mind in the future, thank you!
Adley is a wonderful host, so easy to communicate and helpful with the littlest thing. So relaxing sitting in the soaking tub looking at the fall colors starting.
The property was as advertised and more. The kitchen was well-stocked. The homeowner was very attentive and quite responsive. It is a peaceful, relaxing location. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and detailed instructions were provided. Hope to be back!
Light open farm house surrounded by gorgeous property
This is a modern, light, open "farmhouse" that was fun and easy for us and our two large dogs. The furniture was very comfortable for lounging or reading, plenty of light. The windows carried light breezes, so no A/C was needed, the kitchen was fully stocked. The dogs were in paradise running free in the very very extensive yard surrounded by forest. The fire pit with Adirondack chairs, the outside picnic table, the outdoor shower (my husband's favorite thing) the children's swing and chairs make this ideal for a family. There is a flower garden and even a little doggie cemetary honoring the owners'canine friends. If you are uptight about bugs, ticks, animals, or dirt this farmhouse is not for you. But, if you love the outdoors and privacy and peace of the country, waking to the moo of the cows, this is a good choice and the owner, Adley, is a quick and responsive text away.
I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids ages 7 & 9, and our dog. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave. The yard is spacious and well kept, a great place to play yard games and fly a kite. We saw deer and fox around the house which was pretty cool! The house is spacious and clean with plenty of indoor seating and sleeping space. The kitchen was well stocked without being cluttered. There was a good selection of games and puzzles to keep us busy on a rainy day.
Overall; we’re all looking forward to a return trip next year! Great place overall!
This house has so much. It’s beautiful, open floor plan and scenery is to die for. We saw deer everyday while we were here. There is a blueberry bush filled with blueberries.
You are 10 minutes away from stores and restaurants but far enough away for peace and quiet.
Btw dogs loved it there. Enough space to have off leash but still have control. They played fetch in the huge yard. I’ve actually never seen them happier. The family and dogs had an awesome time. 🤗
We will definitely be staying again!

Great off the beaten path location for peace and quiet
Had a great Christmas weekend! The house was very spacious and light filled with windows everywhere. Very private. The owner was great and kept in touch via text to make sure we were loving it. Lots to explore in the quiet area away from the busier ski areas but close enough to cannon loon and Breton woods to be a good base for skiing. The house was extremely clean and tidy and well equipped for making anything you could possibly want. Will definitely stay again and again I hope.
