This comfortable four-bedroom home, with central air conditioning and recent renovations, is set on a quiet and private lot overlooking rolling greens. Enter the open dining/living area with dining table and sofa with flat screen TV and cable. Tastefully appointed with new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has stainless appliances including a dishwasher and espresso machine.

Just off the kitchen is the deck with gas grill and outdoor table and chairs--an ideal spot for your morning coffee, a barbecue or an evening cocktail. There is a patio on the other side of the house off the lower level bedrooms with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed. There is a separate sunroom off the master with seating (note: sunroom is not air conditioned). The other bedroom on the first floor has a full (double) bed. There is also a renovated bathroom with custom tile shower on this floor.

The finished lower level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins. Both bedrooms have a slider out to a lovely patio. The renovated lower level bathroom has a shower.

At the back off the house, accessed by the exterior only, there is a new book nook/den (not air conditioned). This lovely, cozy room with chairs and a day bed is the ideal spot for some quiet time, a good book or emails that can't wait.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer in the lower level, cable, WiFi, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

The home is surrounded by mature vegetation, with beautiful green vistas from every room. Head back down the road to Ryder Beach for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and more--less than 900 ft away!

Short drive to the best Truro has to offer--restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment at Payomet Performing Arts, golf at Highland Links, Truro Farmers Market, and beloved historical sites including the Highland House Museum and the Highland Lighthouse. Head up to Provincetown for even more fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
