Great location but needs upgrading

Literally steps to Snow Summit but multiple problems made the lodging a disappointment. Specifically we had to call for more towels for the five of us, we had to call to get a working toaster, we had to call because the patio screen door fell off, and the TV would not allow us to sign into our Netflix account. Furniture is in serious need to be updated. This could be a real gem if improvements are made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location, within walking distance to Snow Summit. Nice layout for family with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs (w/ washer/dryer) and 1 bathroom (w/ walk-in shower), the kitchen, and family room upstairs. Recommend owner fixes toaster, family room smart TV connection to internet, add some more coat hangers in the closets, and use fitted sheets on mattresses vs flat sheets. Also, cleanliness of some of the upper flat surface areas could be improved, but overall a clean/comfortable stay.

The apartment is well located walking distance from the slops. The apartment is cozy and nice. If you arrive after 5pm and the person who made the reservation is not doing the check in, you should let them know in advance. otherwise it's complicated.

Great location

The location can’t be beat, but this unit we stayed in was very outdated. Linens were old and they only gave us 6 towels for 6 people for 4 nights. No extras are included in the kitchen, not even salt. Tv is the smallest tv you could have. Overall the Convenience of being right at the mountain made it all worth it. But next time I’ll make sure I find a unit that’s been updated and offers a little more.
