We had a fantastic time. The condo is close to the beach with secure access. The beach chairs and umbrella were very appreciated. Location is close to restaurants and a Publix grocery store. We took a fun fishing charter trip nearly across the street behind Publix. The property is clean and quiet. We highly recommend.

Everything was cleaned and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and nothing beats having a washer and dryer in your unit at the beach. Until we can afford our own place we will continue to come back!

This unit (#305) badly needs upgrades. Couch smelled musty. King bed old, worn out..no support. Kitchen was ok. View from patio is parking lot mostly with side view of the Gulf. Location is good. We had one night and needed to move out. Owner knicked us for a $388 service fee. Management was helpful in relocating us.

Very nice long weekend

The property was very close to the beach. We spent most of our time on the beach, but it was nice to be able to quickly run back to the condo for anything needed. The beach chair rental is right outside the condo and thet are very friendly. The check in process was easy and parking was very convenient.
