The young gentlemen working the desk were excellent, very friendly, and informative. The middle age gentleman usually in the office was not very friendly and actually rude.

Cozy - Great location - the right amount of Space

The location is amazing, only a few steps from the beach. The complex was very well maintained and the desk staff were fantastic. The unit was well decorated and the bed was super comfy! A drawback, the pump for the pool is right outside the kitchen and bathroom windows so if you like to keep the windows open you’ll have some white noise. Also, it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. There was quite a bit of dust around all of the vents, mold on the window frames and seal of the fridge and I needed to wash several dishes before using them. Also, there was a suspicious stain on on of the pillow shams :/

Great, except it would have been nice to have a better equipped kitchen. Very, very limited utensils. No pot holders. No sheet pans or large dishes for casseroles or holding leftovers. No crock pot, etc. Not complaining at all, but it would have been nice to have those things.

Second year renting the spot…

Excellent location. Able to sit outside for morning coffee or afternoon beverages right outside room. Only suggestion would be to offer beach chairs. They have the stadium sport type chairs which were fine. Maybe charge a fee if chair is missing after rental. Need more than two trash bags honestly. It’s not a big expense. I’ve rented out Homer in North Conway NIH and always has extra of soap, trash bags etc. love the property and spot but just a few minor things could make it that much better!!!

Nice studio apt in low-key older resort

1. Large air pool pump is right outside the unit which is a bit of a noise issue when you want are sitting (outside) near it.... 2. Kitchen was clean, easily useable, recently renovated, had many utensils/tools but no staples (literally only salt & blk pepper) 3. Sleep sofa mattress sagged badly. Sofa was super comfortable to lounge on, but beware if you plan to have adults sleep on it. 4. There was a sliding door set up to separate between 'bedroom' and the rest of the studio, which we liked - not obvious from photos
