Magnificent view of the beach and Gulf sunsets from this second floor, one bedroom condo. King size bed and 19” flat screen TV in bedroom, 32” flat screen TV and sleeper sofa in the living room. Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

Great getaway

My daughter and I loved staying at the Gulf Winds Resort overall - friendly people and excellent location right across from beach access! Our particular condo needs some updating, but it was adequate for our short stay.

Great Location

The location is fantastic-less than a block to the beach! You can see the beach/ocean from the small balcony. There are many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Condo 907 has all of the basics but needs some serious TLC. The furniture and appliances are very old/outdated and showing signs of serious wear and tear. We had an issue with our front door and maintenance was sent out immediately to fix the problem. The pool and grounds are well maintained.

Close to Beach.

Great property. Unit is dated. Agent is quick to respond and knows property very well. Has a very nice pool. Easy access to the Beach.
