About this property

SHAWNIGAN LAKE WATERFRONT HOME WITH PRIVATE DOCK

Built in 2015! Our 1600 square foot waterfront home features an open concept layout with a master bedroom, separate kids bedroom, and a full bathroom on the main level, and a third bedroom and full bathroom on the lower level. Our home is tastefully appointed with gas fireplace, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat screen television, front-loading washer and dryer, and barbeque. Located on the west side of Shawnigan Lake, our home features amazing vista water views, a large deck, and its own private dock for boating and swimming.

From June 1st to Labour Day weekend, $500 per night plus tax, minimum 7 night rental from Friday to Friday. 50% of the full amount of stay due upon booking. Remaining 50% due 1 month prior to first night's stay. No cleaning fees.

Absolutely no smoking and no pets.

This is a family oriented vacation rental not meant for loud partygoers.

From Labour Day weekend to May 31st, we rent our home for $350 per night with a 2 night minimum. We are open to monthly rentals in the off-season from the 1st of the month until the last of the month (no splitting months) for $2,500 per month.

Note: 10% tax applicable for any stay less that 28 consecutive nights.

Breathtaking!
The view when I walked through the front door was awesome! Lovely bright and clean home. This was the perfect get away spot to reconnect with family. We spent a lot of time down on the private dock and enjoyed many meals on the deck. Colin is a fabulous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again!
