Dave was most accommodating and very easy to get along with. We wanted to check in a bit early so he made it happen. Dave met us at the unit The exchange was prompt and smooth. The unit is very well equipped down to a myriad of beach chairs and toys which are housed in a two car garage, a real luxury in a waterfront unit. We have high expectations when we rent, which we do often, and they were well met by this property. We will stay with Dave again

Great location right on the beach. Excellent selection of items to use on the beach. The garage was a treat as parking in this area is hard to come by. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect beach getaway for our family. The location is perfect with so many activities, local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The sunset views from the balcony were beautiful. Dave was a perfect host and provided great communication. If we’re ever back in San Diego we will definitely rebook. The property has everything you need for your beach stay, beach chairs, beach toys for your little ones, beach towels, bogey boards, ect….you cannot go wrong with this stay.

We had such an amazing stay with our kids! The place was spotless—super clean and well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was incredible—so kind, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The location couldn’t have been better—easy to find and right on the beach, which made it perfect for our family. They truly thought of everything too—beach toys, towels, chairs—everything we needed was already there.It made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families!

This was an amazing stay! My husband and I took our 6 year old for the new year. We loved the gorgeous sunset views each night and waking up right on the water. Our host Dave was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. We could even see the new years fire works from seaworld off the back balcony!

We stay here every year we come to Mission Beach, and it’s wonderful. The location can’t be beat, and Dave is a perfect, kind host. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. One of our favorite spots to stay in mission beach yet after probably at least ten trips down to San Diego. Ideal location, right on the sand. Many extra amenities that were a “bonus” for our family including 2 nice air mattresses, all the beach gear you could want, and a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful for our family of six. We look forward to coming back and would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

We absolutely loved this rental. The view is unsurpassed, the entire rental was very clean which made me very happy. Everything we needed was there including lots of towels and kitchen and beach equipment, plus the parking was spacious and easy. We can't wait to get back here!

We had the BEST stay at this condo. Dave, the host was easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to any questions. The location is absolutely gorgeous, listening to the ocean waves from the balcony while relaxing in the sun was the perfect way to start each day. There are all kinds of fun beach toys, chairs, etc to enjoy a day at the beach and the ample garage parking made coming/ going from the condo super easy. Would definitely love to come back again!!

Best vacation ever

This place is awesome. The house is equipped with everything we needed to make our annual family vacation unforgettable. And the view is fantastic to top it all. Can’t get a better place around here.
