Great stay!

We enjoyed the peace of mind staying at this property with our dog. Private, completely fenced in yard. Pool was great, well stocked kitchen. We stayed for a month, and it felt like home. Great location and neighborhood! We would stay again!

Perfect vacation spot!

My three sisters and I stayed six nights and absolutely loved the house, the pool and the location. Adam was great to work with and the whole booking experience was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the silky sheets!!

Great Location and Property

We had a great stay and enjoyed our trip. Adam (Host) was very responsive to our needs. This property is convenient to downtown Cape Coral and a short drive to many other restaurants and sites. The property was clean and equipped with most of the things needed for our month long stay. Would revisit this property.

Great getaway

We had a great time. The pool was warm & relaxing. The beds were comfortable & clean. Would have preferred full size couches in living room - there were two love seats but they were new & comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the outdoor space. Thanks for the much needed getaway.

Very happy with our stay

Overall we had a nice easy stay! The pool was clean, house was clean and check-in process was simple and easy. The owner even worked with us to allow us to enter the home earlier than typical which was amazing, and much appreciated! We stayed here post hurricane Ian so there were some damages to the cage that were expected before we got there. I wish the grills were useable but other than that it was a great stay!

FUN AND ENJOYABLE STAY!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Palms and were so please with Adam and his staff. He went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. We were there for almost 6 months, and whenever we had a hiccup with anything, he was very attentive and took care of it right away for us. I would highly recommend Adam and his team! Good vibes

We traveled with our two young children and two dogs and were very pleasantly surprised by this property. It’s so nice when we find a home that is pet friendly! A few things were a little bothersome...upon arrival no toilet paper (after a long trip that was interesting) the pool cleaners were less than nice, snarky and rude actually. Other than that, we were happy...nice home, very nice pool, great location.

Beautiful home

We rented this beautiful home for a week vacation and it was absolutely perfect and a great deal. The house had a nice open floor plan, clean, the kitchen was great and fully stocked, it had everything thing we needed. The beds were the most comfortable of any place we’ve stayed. The pool and pool area were amazing, right outside the living room, this is where we spent most of our time, the pool was warm and clean, the house had a grill which we enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great for our trips to Ft Myers and Sanibel/Captiva. The check-in and out were easy. Very peaceful & relaxing

My husband & I wanted to get away from the hustle & bustle that is our hometown of Miami & this home was the perfect getaway! The house was very clean, tastefully decorated & stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. Kitchen utensils, plates, cups, BBQ grill, plenty of pool floaties ...anything you’d need besides food & drinks of course! The neighborhood was pretty quiet & the yard was very private & relaxing. The owner Adam was very nice & easy to work with & Laura, the property contact was very attentive. We definitely look forward to renting this house again in the future! Thank you very much for lending us your home, it was exactly what we needed.

Sunset Palms - homey & comfortable

We were lucky to find the place available after a cancellation. It was clean and had just about everything needed.....except no hairdryer. The kitchen was adequately supplied with nice tableware, pots & pans, utensils etc. The bath towels and bed linens were all in good shape. The sofa is low and slides on the tile floor but it's doable. Of course, my husband would prefer a recliner, but he survived. The back yard was lovely with a nice grill, privacy fence and an awesome pool that was clean with the perfect temperature. We enjoyed our stay and it went way too fast. Thank you.

Quiet Cape Coral Neighborhood

The check in process was easy for the most part. We received an email saying to contact a person to gain access to the property, but there was no phone number or email. I messaged the property owner and he gave me that into. Then we were able to get the lock box code. All we had to do was show up and unpack and start enjoying vacation. We had to do some cleaning when we got there, which was unfortunate since paying a substantial cleaning fee as part of the renting process. But overall it was a good property. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

This property could be very nice, but it appears sadly neglected. We rented this same property 2 years ago, and none of the issues we encountered then were addressed. The house itself is quiet, the a/c works great, the fenced yard is ideal for visiting pets, and the owner is very responsive. The main issues we have is that everything is really dirty, and the entire house needs painting inside. I realize that renters probably don’t take as good care of properties like they should, but ultimately it is up to the owner to make sure things are clean and in good working order.

Mother Daughter Trip

The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing. The beds were a little on the soft side for us (we only used 2 of 3 beds). The house was well stocked - pots/pans, utensils, paper towel, toilet paper, soaps and bath/beach towels. The shingles had just been removed for hurricane repairs which left a bit of a mess around the pool area. Little pieces of the shingles got through the screens and littered the patio area. We swept it as best we could so we didn't track much into the pool or house, but it was almost impossible. I wish someone had taken a blower to the pool area and wiped down the patio table prior to our arrival, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The privacy fence is 100% now (the repairs were made during our stay). Overall my mom and I had a great trip. Great location to restaurants/grocery stores and not far from some great sight seeing spots!
