Village Apartment offers a centrally located a semi-detached townhouse, just a minute’s stroll from the pretty Havelock North’s cafe’s, restaurants and shops. This two bedroom townhouse is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a self-contained stay. It is also in close proximity to many of the Region’s wineries including the renowned Te Mata Estate Winery, Craggy Range and Black Barn Vineyard. Village Apartment is fully self-contained.

Lovely apartment, great location

Everything about this property was great - very high standard of accommodation, a few minutes walk from the town centre and cafes etc, and Rex is an awesome friendly and welcoming host. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again!

Such a cute well appointed unit, centrally located, walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Super easy access, and perfect communication from Rex. Would stay again for sure!

Havelock North is the place to stay when visiting Hawke’s Bay, and The Village Apartment is the place to stay in Havelock North. Ideal location within easy 5-10 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and grocer. Fabulous spot, great hosts. We highly recommend it.

Perfect accommodation

We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary in Havelock North. Our accommodation was perfect. The flat was clean, modern and well located within a short walking distance to the village. The owners were away but a relative personally greeted us the day we arrived and communication with the owner was good. Would love to stay here again some day.

The perfect stay on Havelock North

This is absolutely fantastic in every possible way. Spotless,off street parking,every comfort,all utensils for cooking, great wifi, and TV. super out look.Two minutes walk from shops,Supermarket,Cafe, Restaurants,and Cinema.The hosts are great and super friendly. A superb place to stay.

Home away from home

We had 4 nights in this apartment and it was wonderful!! Very comfortable and clean, well laid out and with everything you need to be self sufficient. Location was perfect for walking to town for a meal or some shopping and no need to worry about driving. Rex was a fabulous host, super friendly and informative and available if we needed anything. The property is a little sanctuary in town and we will be back 😊

Exactly What You're After

My partner and I were travelling to Havelock North for a music festival - this place has all the things you could wish for! Convenient location, amazing hosts and a clean, self-contained suite that is just perfect! Highly recommended stay :)

Excellent place to stay

Rex & Karen are lovely hosts. The apartment is very well set up, with a nice lounge and dining area, and a full kitchen including electric oven, gas cooktop, good sized fridge, a dishwasher and plenty of storage spaces. A separate bedroom with a nice comfortable bed, and full sized wardrobe. Separate ensuite with toiletries provided, as well as plenty of towels, and great shower pressure. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. Apartment was immaculate, and located at ground level under main house, with no noise from above. Parking is off the road and in shade. Supermarket is 2 mins walk away, as are a number of cafes and shops. We spent 4 nights there over Xmas and it was ideal.

Hawke’s Bay

Well appointed apartment

Apartment had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Rex and Karen were gracious hosts . Walking distance to central town, grocery and other shopping. Covered parking and available pool. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment 100m walk from the village centre. Perfect for our wedding guest accommodation. Quiet and clean with an oh so comfy bed. Would definitely stay again. Sadly didn't get to use the pool, but it looked lovely
