The pool was very nice. The exit tasks/instructions were a bit much for the price we paid.

The guest informed me I'd be getting a low rating because I would not refund the cleaning fee. The guest was unhappy that she was required to place dishes in the dishwasher and launder towels after use during their three day stay although the rental contract she signed and agreed to clearly stated this. I do not provide daily clean up services like a hotel. I'm sure they were a lovely group of ladies.

This house is amazing and that word doesn’t even do it justice. The property itself is breathtaking. The pool, scenery, layout, everything is wonderful. There is TONS of space throughout the house and separate areas for everyone. I would go back to Arkansas just to stay here for a few more days and relax. The host is available 24/7 and so informative. There’s nothing bad I can say about this house! Great listing!!!

Oh my, what wasn't there to love about this property? Spacious, private, clean, various nooks for privacy or giant rooms for gathering, a pool, beautiful surroundings. This place had everything. The owner was on top of every communication with quick responses and helpful information. Our family of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens, and one infant had all we needed for a vacation stay to remember. Thank you!
