This Pearl of a House is Perfectly Located Between Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato.

VANDERBILT BEACH is one of the most popular beaches in Naples. Besides basic amenities, there are jet ski and paddle boat rentals. It is adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Resort which features wonderful Gumbo Limbo beach front casual restaurant.

MERCATO is Naples' most popular shopping and dining destination. It features Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, J-Crew, many great restaurants (from high end steak house like Capitol Grille - to casual lunch spots such as Chipotle and everything in between), boutiques and THE BEST NIGHT LIFE in Naples.

THE HOUSE:

Besides the amazing location, this home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The POOL is newly constructed, it is heated, features sun shelf, and LED lights. The screened in enclosure protects you from tropical insects as well as adds some protection from sunlight. The front of the house is enclosed as well for privacy with metal fence, power gate and tall hedge.
