Tyler was so great about communicating from start to check out. It was perfectly located near Zion and near places to eat / grocery stores. Great location and great host. I hope to return and will definitely book with Tyler again.

The property is about 30 mins from Zion National Park and 20 mins to Kolob Canyon. The house is spacious, clean and has more than enough for a comfortable stay. We liked it that the host allows guests to leave unused groceries. We were able to use many items like oil and salt that were there. The beds are comfortable .The host communicates clearly and check in is smooth. There is a nice grocery store close by in La Verkin. The grocery store in Springdale is 4 times as expensive. There is a ping pong table perfect for rainy day. We enjoyed our stay there and the convenient location.

Clean, well kept, spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants and other shopping are just a few minutes away. Only twenty minutes to Zion National Park. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Tyler really takes care of the place. Love the whirlpool bath. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is perfect

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! It was very clean, plenty of space for a small group, great location and cost for enjoying the National Parks. We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and linens. The only mishap was the laundry room door…a heads up would be great! Overall one of the best VRBO houses I’ve stayed in!
