This stunning home features four bedrooms and two baths with progressive decor and plenty of windows. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is roomy and features Bosch and Frigidaire “Gallery” appliances.
In this gorgeous home, you will find beautiful hardwood floors. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bath. A private entrance door is located in the room with bunk beds.
Upstairs features a huge balcony with a fire pit that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the hallway at the top of the stairs. Located in this same hallway is a mini-fridge perfect for storing drinks and that late night snack. A large bathroom along with a massive walk-in closet can found next to the master bedroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom that features a small balcony. This bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom.
Outdoors you will find a spacious garden with a wooden walkway that takes you through gorgeous Utah wildflowers. In addition to a grill, you will see a picnic table for outdoor dining.
In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We loved our stay at this home. The location cannot be beat, the house is very nice, clean and stocked with all kitchen amenities, hot tub towels, etc. We will definitely rent this location again!
Lovely home very close to town while still feeling not in town. With supermarket a block away and many restaurants just a short walk the location was perfect. Wonderful base for visiting all the sites in the area for great hikes.
The house worked out really well for us having the walk trail behind it. We also were able to enjoy the upper outdoor patio a little when it wasn’t raining. Nice and close and convenient to everything.
Amazing location and house. Was perfect for my small group of guys looking to go hiking and explore Moab. The only drawback was it was difficult to contact the property manager after hours as it is managed by an outside company. Otherwise, an amazing stay.
Awesome location. Awesome house. Be careful with the 4 bedroom claim. That upstairs master bedroom is not private if the 4th bedroom is occupied!
We loved it anyway!
It was great that pets were allowed but my only issue is that the yard was not fenced in for them. It is only partially fenced. There are many people in the area that do not put dogs on leashes.

There's a lot to like about this property - great looking, very comfortable, great location - secluded, yet close to services, nice hot tub and landscaping. But some problems: it was very difficult finding the host for the following problems, though they were eventually addressed. Second day and night there was no hot water or water pressure; refrigerator froze everything solid; the 12 person rating is ridiculously overstated. We had two couples, so they fit alright in two of the four rooms, although one bedroom was only accessible by traipsing through the master bedroom - same for that couple in that room to get to the bathroom (very unsatisfactory unless you were a family and had two children in that room). The third bedroom had a DOUBLE bunkbed. Again, silly to imply that 4 unrelated adults are going to sleep together in that thing. The fourth bedroom was a double and we had to have two women share that bed. Lastly, there's a horrible 'sleeper sofa' in the living room that two more were supposed to sleep in. I, personally, had to suffer through the first night on that, finding it near impossible to find a fairly flat diagonal angle. No two people would be able to sleep on that thing. So, for the next two nights I set up a cot we had brought along, just in case. All in all, we overcame the problems and had a good time.
The house is in an okay area. You can walk downtown easily, there’s a public parking area right in front of the home, along with several homeless sleeping areas. The hot tub is not private, it can be viewed by the public area. There’s a $30 hot tub fee? We didn’t use it, due to location. The screen doors in the living room are broken. They randomly fall off. The furniture is very worn. Stains on the sofa. The dryer makes a lot of noise, sounds like metal on metal. The bunk room does not have window coverings. There’s very little water pressure upstairs. There were 4 washcloths left for 5 people for 2 days. Did not use the kitchen, but the silverware was very dirty. This property could be worth the nightly rate if things were just repaired and cleaned, and the fence completed by the hot tub.
One of the best VRBO places we have stayed. Beautiful, clean property. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Peaceful place to relax at the end of busy days.
This is a perfect place for a small group to visit Moab and the parks. Walking distance to downtown, next to walking/bike paths, hot tub, it’s got everything. Beautiful house! We had our daughter stay in the room within the master bedroom, and this worked well but might be a little awkward if you aren’t traveling with a tight knit group.
We absolutely loved this house! Husband said it was the best house we’ve rented. Cooked in the large fully stocked kitchen, grilled, used the fire pit, soaked in the hot tub, and took the pups to the fog park right across the street in between exploring arches and canyonlands.
Location and house were both great. However, there is limited indoor gathering space. We visited when the nights were cool so it was a bit snug. The upstairs had very awkward and inefficient use of space. Luckily, we were all related so we managed. Kitchen was well-equipped for dining in and lots of cupboard space. Laundry room and storage shed were clutch.
The house was clean with a nice out door patio on both the lower level and the 2nd level. We did not interact with the property manager aside from email and there was a code provided. The only odd thing about the layout is that one bedroom is an off-shoot of the master, so my mom stayed in that room and my husband and I stayed in the master (not super romantic but that was not the point of this trip anyway). BUT it would be great room for toddlers/baby or a little spot to sneak off and do telecommuting. All the rooms are nice, very comfortable mattresses (my husband even wrote down the style/brand). Overall great spot. Great location with grocery store, walking paths, and rental places in walking distance too! I would highly recommend.
