Sunny and spacious large family homes in Papamoa, a peaceful and private sanctuary one street off the beach.

This sunny home is located in the perfect position to walk to everything you need. Three bedrooms (1 x super king, 1 x queen, 1 x double), generous kitchen, dining and lounge areas opening to the outside entertaining areas - fabulous for BBQs or enjoy the lovely spa.

It is minutes walk from the beach and the surf club. Restaurants are just around the corner at either Blue Bi You right on the beach front or the popular Pap Tav where you can enjoy dinner and drinks while the kids entertain themselves on the playground. Supermarkets, gas stations, Fashion Island and Papamoa Plaza are also just around the corner. Everything you may need is all walking distance at the end of the road. Stroll down to the gourmet food markets under the pine trees at the Papamoa Domain that are held every Thursday night or take a 5 minute drive to the Papamoa Hills Walk with stunning 360 degree views.

Fully fenced in property for a stress free stay.

We have two very friendly family cats Daisy and Stevie that require their food and water bowl filled daily but come and go as they please through their cat door.

Special conditions:
This is our family home and we have great neighbours who look out for each other . Please do not apply if you are a large group or are looking for a party house. No young groups No smoking No pets

Great Sanctuary Near the Beach

The property was a welcome oasis. It was comfortable and well appointed. The host Kylie was easy to communicate with and friendly. The spa was so relaxing. I hope we can stay here again next time we need to be in the area.

Fantasic family home in a great location

Wonderful spacious property with a fantastic garden perfect for families with children, and a great space for entertaining. Lovely homely feel, especially with the cats and chickens. We had excellent communication from the hosts and everything needed was available. Also easy walking distance from the beach and shops. Would highly recommend.

Overall lovely place to stay - house is nice with great backyard, spa, location to beach and food etc right round the corner. Bedding could do with being replaced - pillows too flat, and bed too soft. That aside - no issues with place. Owner was very accessible throughout whenever needed.

Super for family group

Great location. Super easy communication with hosts. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Children loved the big backyard, cats and chickens. Fresh eggs a bonus. Close to shops and eateries. Only downside for us was bass music being played nearby 3 nights out of 4. Nothing host can control. Also a list of how things worked would have been great ie, tv,dish washer etc. Other than that we had a great time. Super friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again. Nice stay but a few things lacking

The house was very nice, loved the fire and the spa and proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The negatives were that it just didn’t have some essentials expected in a holiday home and felt more like we’d moved into someone’s family home for the weekend. Suggest to look at the kitchen and bedroom needs for your holiday guests.

Great house and location

We were a group of 3 couples with 2 kids (3 & 6) and the house was perfect for our group. Excellent location close to to beach and shops. The house itself was excellent, clean and well laid out, with a large garden great for the kids. Kylie was great to deal with. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future visits to the area.

Perfect holiday location

Had the best week in this amazing property. The location is perfect, with the beach and the shops all within walking distance. The house itself is even more perfect. A very spacious and elegant house, which provided everyone with their own space. The hugh backyard, deck area and spa was the perfect entertainment for the kids during the day and adults at night. Communication with Kylie was easy and she was quick to respond to any queries. Couldn't have asked for more. Kylie, thanks once more for sharing you home with us. Ps. Kids loved having Mr boots around.

Great family home

We loved our stay at this lovely home. We particularly appreciated how close the beach was while being very quiet at the house and in the shady garden. The retail area is also close by too if needed. The house is spacious which worked well for our family of parents and three young adults.

Great location for our visit to the Bay of Plenty. This property meet all our expectations for our 2 night stay. Unfortunately we were limited for time but found a couple of great craft beer bars nearby for beers and food.

A lovely week in Papamoa

A small hiccup at the beginning, regarding the hot tub but that was soon sorted and communication with the owner was really good. It was an easy 6/7 minute walk to a lovely beach and was very close to all shops, restaurants and other amenities. We had our 18 month granddaughter with us so the enclosed garden and playhouse was a bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Kylie & Bradley.

Great beach holiday

Great holiday set up, we loved staying here. Plenty of space, great cricket lawn. Excellent location. A little disappointed to find we had to deal with wet washing in machine and more washing on line, as well as emptying both dish draws on arrival. But otherwise was a great stay and these were quickly forgotten. Thanks.

We had a wonderful time in the fabulous property, clean, today and spacious home with fabulous outdoor area and hot tub. My two year old loved it, the playhouse was an added bonus! Great location to all of Papamoa’s main shops and surf club. Thanks Kylie and family for sharing your lovely home!
