Absolutely magnificent. Inès is a lovely person who has the most magical house I have ever been in. A beautiful -- we call it a Craftsman in New England -- circa 1930. Immaculately maintained. Gorgeous gardens -- built by Inès. On a lovely tree-lined street of older homes. I spent hours on her fantastic front porch!!

Wonderful place to stay in Miami, quiet residential neighborhood, extremely clean and comfortable, healthy breakfast served. The place to stay for Marlins baseball games, 5 minute walk to the park. Host is accommodating and helpful from booking to check out.

The host is extremely accommodating and insures the stay is first rate from booking to check out. Breakfast is homemade and very nutritious. Historic district and two blocks from Miami Marlins ballpark. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Check in was easy, the breakfast was spectacular, and accommodations were comfortable. I especially appreciated that Inez really knew the area and could point us in a direction for things to fill in our day outside of the original plans we made. Great time in Miami & it was unbelievably convenient to the ballpark Loan Depot!

This is a good central location for visiting anywhere in Miami. You need transportation because there are few nearby restaurants to walk to. The hosts were very delightful and enjoyable to meet, and they offered lots of useful information. The breakfast was very good, and the house is filled with interesting funky artwork.

We loved our stay because of our hosts, Inez and Tom. We felt very much at home immediately. They are interesting, warm and welcoming. Both my wife and I had two of the best nights sleep we have had in awhile. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was perfect. We also appreciated that the bathroom was full of products (sunscreen, insect repellent, etc). The home is in a beautiful garden filled with orchids. Our hosts were the highlight however. Breakfast was lovely. We give them “two thumbs up” and would definitely stay there again.
