Inspired by the beauty of the West Coast Florida Beaches, this Modern Coastal Designed Home will be your ultimate vacation retreat. This waterfront destination has an open floor plan which encompasses four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The impeccable, stylish kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops, accented with amazing beach water blue tile. The master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures you will have your own private space.
This generously proportioned homes flows effortlessly from the living space to the private covered screened in lanai, where you can admire the sparkling pool and waterfront views. Outdoor dining and lounge seating as well as a grill will complete your ideal vacation stay. A private patio area adjacent to the canal is perfect for a day of fishing - fishing poles are included with the rental. Look for turtles and otters that frolic in the canal. Take a tour of the neighborhood or get your workout in on the bicycles provided for your stay.

Going to the beach? Take the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys with you.

Traveling with kids? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, stroller & high chair included with your rental. Kid friendly plastic dish ware is also provided.

The pool is always heated to a warm 88 degrees at no additional charge. There is also a grill - the propane is also included.

This home is ideally positioned on the Ticonderoga Canal where you can enjoy the proximity to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Located in a reputable area near the Palmetto Pine Country Club Golf Course, this golf course is just over a mile away and open to the public.

The Southwest Florida International Airport is 21 miles from the home.
There is no additional charge for pool heat or electricity.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation.



There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

Super clean, well appointed, comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was warm for night swimming. I liked the door for going from the pool directly to the bathroom. Being able to park in the garage was great.

Relaxing and clean home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was very clean as well as the house. We had a 1.5 year old and the safety gate was perfect around the pool. We spent a lot of time in Ft Meyers and it was a quick drive from the home. Plenty of bath and beach towels. All the amenities you need! Thank you for a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. Melanie was an excellent communicator. She even had new bikes delivered the same day I communicated 1 of the bikes was not rideable. I would highly recommend this house.

Just stayed at this property for a baseball tournament being held in Ft Myers over MLK weekend. Great location, amenities and overall space. Stayed with my 18 year old son and a friend and his 18 year old son. Plenty of room. The local restaurants stay open pretty late so that was nice as well. Short drive to Ft. Myers. Definitely would recommend and will be using again in the future.

House is nice and as advertised. There was an old photo on the listing showing a screened in pool. Pool is not screened in. House was cleaned and nice. Could use some deep cleaning on soap scum on some faucets but it wasn’t bad. Turtles at the shore daily. Master bath and closet are wonderful!

Very very clean and kid-friendly

Great home that was very well maintained and clean. The property has a great setup for kids including a net around the pool for safety, floaties, bikes and chairs for taking kids to the beach. The house was well laid out with a large master and excellent kitchen area.The only things we wish the property would have had were was we couldn’t find a trash bin in the kitchen. Other than that and the sometimes frustrating garage door opener (minor things), the property was wonderful.

Very impressive home, just like the pictures! Our family of 8 stayed here for week over Christmas and everything was wonderful!! The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. The pool was amazing at anytime of the day! Melanie was quick to respond to all questions. This was our first trip to Florida but hopefully not our last. We had the opportunity to meet our neighbors and they were phenomenal people that invited our family to their Christmas dinner. 💞💞 Such an amazing experience in every aspect!! Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful in every step of the process. The home was impeccable and exactly as the photos show. Location of the home was amazing and close to great restaurants and little day excursions like jet skiing, boating and kayaking off Matlacha and along the Caloosahatchee River. Quaint little parks and nature trails very close by. Everything you need all within reach of this beautiful home!!

My husband and I rented this home during the winter of 2022 for over 2 months. The home is situated on a quiet street in a very nice and safe area in Cape Coral. The description on the VRBO site is exactly as described. The location is excellent. Every time I googled a place where we wanted to go, it was 10-15 min away. I can't say enough about the location. The backyard with the pool is very private, clean and heated as described. The kitchen is great to cook in and has all the tools required to make a wonderful meal. Beds are comfortable. Our children and grandchildren came down for a week and everyone loved the home. I could go on about this fantastic property but I have to say I have no complaints ( and I am a picky person). The owner and property manager (Melanie and Brian) were always available if I had a question. You won't be disappointed! I will be back!! Thank you!!
