This waterfront destination has an open floor plan which encompasses four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The impeccable, stylish kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops, accented with amazing beach water blue tile. The master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures you will have your own private space.
This generously proportioned homes flows effortlessly from the living space to the private covered screened in lanai, where you can admire the sparkling pool and waterfront views. Outdoor dining and lounge seating as well as a grill will complete your ideal vacation stay. A private patio area adjacent to the canal is perfect for a day of fishing - fishing poles are included with the rental. Look for turtles and otters that frolic in the canal. Take a tour of the neighborhood or get your workout in on the bicycles provided for your stay. Going to the beach? Take the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys with you.
This home is ideally positioned on the Ticonderoga Canal where you can enjoy the proximity to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Located in a reputable area near the Palmetto Pine Country Club Golf Course, this golf course is just over a mile away and open to the public.
The Southwest Florida International Airport is 21 miles from the home.
There is no additional charge for pool heat or electricity.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

Awesome home

Very nice, comfortable clean home with everything we needed to stay 2 weeks. Great location for what we wanted to do. Owner was awesome to work with and answered all my questions quickly.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. Melanie was an excellent communicator. She even had new bikes delivered the same day I communicated 1 of the bikes was not rideable. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Place, location and amenities.

Just stayed at this property for a baseball tournament being held in Ft Myers over MLK weekend. Great location, amenities and overall space. Stayed with my 18 year old son and a friend and his 18 year old son. Plenty of room. The local restaurants stay open pretty late so that was nice as well. Short drive to Ft. Myers. Definitely would recommend and will be using again in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful in every step of the process. The home was impeccable and exactly as the photos show. Location of the home was amazing and close to great restaurants and little day excursions like jet skiing, boating and kayaking off Matlacha and along the Caloosahatchee River. Quaint little parks and nature trails very close by. Everything you need all within reach of this beautiful home!!
