House with 3 bedrooms air-conditioned suites for 8 people, one double bed in the 1st bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bunk with auxiliary bed in each, toilet, living room with flat screen smart TV, WiFi with YouTube access and Netflix (if you are a subscriber), stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. laundry, gourmet area with barbecue, exclusive external bathrooms for swimming pool umbrella, beach chairs and house with bathroom (4th bedroom) for 8 people (4 bunk beds). Condominium with 24 hrs security with street patrols and special cameras.

Christmas preferably 5 days - Rates for 16 people
New Year preferably 10 days - Rates for 16 people
Carnival preferably 5 days - Daily for 16 people

The other dates we rent with the minimum of 3 days being:
Minimum daily rate for 6 people.
Above 6 people daily surcharge per person.

To formalize lease is necessary to request a pre-approval on the site and if you make the payment, the reservation of the property for the requested dates will be automatically confirmed.
