Ben curato con spettacolare vista mare a pochi minuti dalle spiagge.
Soluzione ideale per la tranquillità, immersa nel verde a pochi minuti dal mare e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere i luoghi più noti della riviera ligure.
Si consiglia di essere autonomo in quanto la zona è collinosa e non molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
Gli ultimi 1,5 km della strada, a volte, non sono molto facili, ma sono ancora asfaltati e a doppio binario.

 Cucina:

Attrezzato per ogni esigenza: lavello, fornelli, forno, microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, posate, coltelli di vario genere, pentole, pentole, padelle, frullatore, spremiagrumi e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare.

Vita:

Ampio e luminoso è dotato di tavolo da pranzo in cristallo con sedie per cinque persone, divano trasformabile in modo molto semplice in letto singolo, parete attrezzata con schermo piatto pollici 40 pollici.

Camere da letto 1:

Ampio e davvero elegante, completo di cabina armadio per organizzare tutti i tuoi capi. Due comodini e un cassettone. Dalla porta del balcone è possibile accedere al balcone con splendida vista sul mare.

Camera 2: molto suggestiva e dotata di letto matrimoniale francese, scrivania, un armadio di media lunghezza. Anche questa camera ha un accesso diretto ad un altro balcone con vista sul mare.

Bagno: molto grande e bello con doccia cromoterapica, due lavandini, acqua, bidet.

La comunicazione è importante quindi per favore non esitate a scriverci per QUALSIASI necessità. Viviamo nelle vicinanze e siamo sempre disponibili per risolvere un problema o darti qualsiasi tipo di suggerimento.

The house was very nice, great bathroom! 2 bedrooms, one with mosquito net, the other with ventilator. The outside looks a bit shabby but inside it's a nice house!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön.Das Inventar sollte dringend erneuert werden.Die Wohnung wird für 5 Personen angeboten.Wir waren zu 3. Terrassenstühle gab es nur 2,Besteck war nur limitiert vorhanden, sodass wir Teller nachgekauft haben.Die Küchenschränke waren sehr schmutzig, es wurde aber auf unsere Bitte hin nachgeputzt. Die Pfannen waren nicht zu benutzen.Die Küche ist sehr veraltet und schmutzig.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.Hat schnellstmöglich einen Stuhl besorgt.Insgesamt war es okay, wir würden jedoch nicht nochmals buchen

Geräumiges Appartment mit 3 Balkonen. Gut eingerichtet. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer ist durchgelegen, in der Küche war nicht alles so gut in Schuss … keine Arbeitsfläche und fast kein Licht. einige Töpfe und alle Pfannen ging der Belag ab …einige Glühbirnen waren defekt.Gläser wurden nachgeliefert. Das Appartment ist nur was für kleine Autos und der Weg zum Appartement ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Meerblick ist weit entfernt und die Autobahn ist zu hören.

Pésimo. Nunca encontré el lugar, perdí mi estadía y nadie respondió por mi pago. No tuve respuesta de Hoteles, de Vrbo , ni del titular que le cortaba el teléfono a Vrbo porque sólo hablaba italiano. Gaste €50 en taxi y nadie conocía el lugar. El hospedaje ni siquiera cuenta con nombre comercial para buscarlo y en el mapa del correo lleva a cualquier dirección. Un desastre!

Schöne urige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht bis zum Meer. Der Strand in Riva Trigoso ist etwa zehn Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort befindet sich ein Strand mit grobem Kies und sehr schönem azurblauem Meer. Bei ruhigemMeer kann man schön an einem künstlich angelegten kleinem Riff oder an einer vorgelagerten Halbinsel schnorcheln. Die Ortschaft beinhaltet alles notwendige mit Supermarkt und kleineren Geschäften. Insgesamt sehr schön als Familie
