I know you will enjoy staying in our fully updated vacation home! We are only 3/4 of a mile from downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and all kinds of things to keep you busy.

In the kitchen you will find custom cabinets, quartz countertops, newer appliances and high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring that extends throughout the condo. All doors, door frames and baseboards were replaced throughout the condo. The primary bathroom was gutted and re-done, complete with a bidet toilet seat and LED vanity mirror and the 2nd bathroom got a major facelift. This condo has it all! Living room, and both bedrooms have new furniture. The living room is finished with soft colors, a leather reclining sofa and chair, and a 70" Samsung TV. The dining room has a large table and new chairs. You can gaze out the hurricane impact slider door or sit on the patio and see the beautiful ocean, just beyond the board walk. You won't hear noise at the pool or around the complex since we have new hurricane impact windows that are nearly soundproof!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Plastic or glass? Whatever your preference, we have plenty of dishes and serving items in the organized kitchen. With the programmable coffee maker and a Keurig, you can have your coffee waiting for you in the morning, then go out and sit on the patio and listen to the surf. There is a full-size, nearly new, Samsung washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoined with the kitchen and a window that looks out to a small courtyard. You can keep the front door open all day and let the sun shine through the storm door at the front entrance. The primary bedroom has high end furniture and a new, extremely comfortable king size bed. There is another flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy sleeping on luxurious bamboo sheets. Look out the large window to see the beautiful grounds and pool, and a nice view of the ocean. You will have no trouble storing your items and clothing in the organized closet full of hangers and shelving for all your necessities. The on-suite primary bath has high-end finishes including Carrara marble tile and a 36 inch Pottery Barn style vanity. The second bedroom is finished in a tropical flair with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and another flat screen TV. There is a large closet with plenty of hangers and an iron and ironing board in case you need to refresh your clothes. Step into the hallway to access the second, updated bathroom. There are beach and bath towels galore, extra sheets, blankets and most every linen you could possibly need. We have 4 beach chairs, a cabana to sit under and several beach bags and coolers so there is no need to drag all that stuff from home. Plenty of beach toys too! Walk out to the patio where you will find comfortable PVC high-top seating and table to enjoy watching the ocean and all its beauty. There is also a twin cot with a memory foam mattress and a Pack N' Play in case you need an extra bed or need to separate your children. You will also find an infant tub and high chair. The condo is equipped with cable, and wifi. I know our guests want all the comforts of home and that's what you will find here! Sorry, we do not accept pets.
