From check in to check out we had a fantastic experience. Close to Broadway if you choose to walk to where all the action is (about 15min), or blocks from the local Ballpark with local brewery next to the field area was perfect. Sitting by the pool and watching the boats/barges and listening to the water after a day of exploring was amazing as well. We will definitely stay again should we decide to return to Nashville for a get away again.

Perfect condo for what I needed for this trip! It was the perfect pet-friendly place. Quiet and perfect location in distance from downtown. Lots of construction nearby and was located near a railroad, but I barely noticed. This is a great place to stay!

Room was great for us and our 2 dogs for visiting Nashville for a concert. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed. The pool was a nice addition. When the room was listed as riverfront, I thought it would be the kind of riverfront room where you opened up a window and can see the river, but that was not the case. Regardless, it is a condominium on the river front. There was a problem with a trail of ants in the kitchen near the garbage can, ultimately they got into our dog’s food. When we made someone aware they did not offer a solution or an apology. Other than that small issue, room was great and accessible to all things Nashville has to offer.
