"The Lighthouse" is a SPECIALTY RENTAL for COUPLES ONLY who are looking for an intimate experience in a tranquil environment. It has a simple, at-home atmosphere that's fully furnished and decorated for those vacationers looking for that "home away from home" feel. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that's a welcome respite from the throngs of vacationers that pack the downtown area and beaches, but yet close enough within walking distance without the hassles of searching for available parking spaces.

The property abuts what is known as the "Celery Pond" area of South Haven that includes a portion of the Kal Haven Trail and State Park. The backyard offers the maximum in personal privacy with an expanse of trees and foliage that gives the impression of being in a forest. The deck and master bedroom provide an exquisite view of this soothing vista.

The home is spacious for two with all the amenities one would expect from home. On the second floor, there's a master bedroom with a sliding glass door and balcony; plenty of closet space with drawer space for incidentals; an upstairs half-bath with a shower; and a linen closet stocked with towels and toiletries. On the ground level, there's a "keeping room" equipped with futon (not for sleeping) and TV and the same spectacular view as seen from the master bedroom; a kitchen fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, eating utensils, fridge with ice maker and stove; a full bath; a dining room that seats four; a reading room with a computer stand; a living room with ceiling fan and window AC for added comfort. There is high speed internet access and some streaming platforms are provided for guests on both TV sets.

The deck has a table with an attachable umbrella and chairs and a charcoal grill. A private driveway is available for parking but guests are not allowed access to the garage.
