Perfect Beach Town Home Away From Home!

This is how you want to spend your vacation in South Haven! Upper level condo with balcony overlooking courtyard and shops in the heart of downtown. Just steps away from your front door are many unique shops and bakeries, diverse restaurants, bars, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, and even a wonderful small town movie theater- all in a family friendly beach town.
Walk around the corner to the river walk and enjoy a picturesque stroll down to the beach and pier. Beautiful South Beach is just a ten minute walk away. On Wednesdays and Saturdays during the summer, browse the beautiful South Haven Farmers Market just two blocks away at the South Haven pavilion. Our condo has a queen bed (new bed bought in 2023!) in the loft bedroom with an airy living space on the main level. There is sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress is in living room (new in 2023 also!). Lots of windows for the sun rays to shine in! Clean and comfortable with the amenities you expect for enjoying your time in your home away from home in South Haven!

This place was incredible and so close to the beach. The parking was a problem, there weren't many spots near the property and it's on a busy street, but that didn't ruin our trip at all. We are already planning our next stay here!

Terrific location. Very near the charming main street. Walkable to the beach and river. This apartment has everything needed for a getaway. Be prepared to climb stairs, though this adds to the charm.

Fun South Haven Condo

Stayed here while visiting family and it was a perfect place to relax and get out of the sun. Spotlessly clean and bright. Fun location walking distance to everything. FYi: best food we’ve ever had in South Haven was at the River Bottom if you’re visiting when it’s open!

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd year staying at Greg’s condo. The location is right downtown and then only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This year we enjoyed walking everywhere, eating and sitting on the deck and listening to the music at the gastro pub Monday night. Great stay with everything you need.

Amazing place!!

We had the best time staying here! Excellent choice for a family of 4. The location was so perfect. A minute walk to all the shops and restaurants and only a ten minute walk to the beach. The balcony was so nice to sit out on in the evenings & the inside was just adorable and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Darling town within easy walking distance to the beach. Only downside was that multiple restaurants/shops were closed Tuesday/wednesday, which were the 2 full days we were in the area. We’d return, but would alter our dates to avoid Tuesday/wednesday. We loved Cogdal Vineyards, walking to South Beach, & trying the local restaurants that were open. Admiral Jack’s, Captain Lou’s, Black River Tavern, & Taste were all great! Admiral Jack’s & Captain Lou’s both overlook the river, offering a lovely view while you eat. Property was nice. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony! If you require complete darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask, as the town lights never allowed complete darkness. Also, be aware that the bathroom is downstairs, while the bed is upstairs in the loft. This wasn’t a huge deal for us, but could be for some. Had a great stay overall!

The best little get a way!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this building. 1st time in this condo. It is the best little spot. Close to everything and in walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and the beach! The bed was comfortable and pull out couch easy for the little one. Host was great with communication. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Lovely Place To Stay!

We were very glad we chose this condo on the south beach side of South Haven. There were plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Our favorites, per the renters suggestions were taste and Maria’s! We also enjoyed the phoenix breakfast restaurant! The condo was very clean and spacious for two people. Very cute! Thank you!

Destination wedding weekend getaway

Wow! Such a cozy and cute place! Location is amazing! Right downtown, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Host was very communicative and helpful. Weather was not the best unfortunately but the place has a lot of light with all of the windows. Will definitely be back!

We’ll be back…again!!!

We love this condo… the location is superb, close to shops and dining! We have stayed a couple of times before and Greg is easy to work with and kind and prompt! Parking is not a problem which is great! We could enjoy the farmer’s market, renting golf carts, listening to live music at a restaurant across the street from our balcony..and walk to many shops and eateries! Looking forward to our next stay!!!
