The beach is five minutes drive away and the local village has all amenities from and some lovely Tavernas..There are two large balconies and plenty of space to chill out. There is a communal pool a small gym. The area surrounding the aparment is great for walking when it cools down a bit The beautiful town Larnaca is 10 minutes drive away and has much to offer in the way of sightseeing and beaches.
