Hosted by Gaye & Peter, Carpe Diem - "Seas the Day". Moana - Gateway to the beautiful Moana Beach, McLaren Vale Wine Region, Onkaparinga Gorge, Fleurieu Peninsula & Port Noarlunga restaurants, and marine reef.
Private entrance to your luxurious second-floor area, above our home. Spacious lounge/dining room and ensuite. 52" Plasma TV with DVD player. King-size bed with ceiling fan, air conditioning for the summer heat, and a gas pot belly fire for the winter chill. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasty machine, Espresso machine, water filter, and breakfast provisions. Free WiFi. BBQ on the deck. Book swap, games, DVDs, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and much more. Small babies are welcome. Not suitable for mobile children due to steep outdoor steps. Free off-street parking. All bedding also provided iron, computing space, a first aid kit, and a smoke detector.
We supply initial complimentary breakfast provisions including cereal, bread, condiments, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk, strawberries, and tea and coffee.
PLEASE NOTE: Stairs lead to your space. If you have impaired mobility our place would not be suitable for you, unfortunately.

Super clean, amazing location

Absolutely loved our stay. Cleanest place I have ever stayed, amazing shower, very comfortable bed. Walking distance to the beach. There are some steep stairs to get up to the apartment but totally worth it.

Marvellous Moana

This was our second stay at Seas The Day and the apartment and Moana are perfect! The accommodation is spacious, superbly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Peter and Gaye are fabulous hosts and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We love it!

Fantastic Space

We loved the large room and the feeling of being left to ourselves in our private space. We enjoyed the glimpse of the sea through the trees and over the houses. The BBQ was just right for two. Peter and Gaye are the politest hosts.

Marvellous Moana escape!

Peter & Gaye were just wonderful hosts. Property was clean and comfortable as was the view of the ocean from the balcony. Wonderful hosts, they couldn’t do enough for us! Seas the Day indeed!

Perfect escape for a chill-out weekend. Very private and spotlessly clean, the upstairs unit has every convenience you could need to stay for a few days. Close to the coast, with beautifully cool sea breeze and a lovely covered balcony to enjoy it from. Steep stairs, but good exercise. Very comfy bed and good quality linen & towels. The breakfast berries supplied were delicious and a lovely extra touch. Now on my list of places I will return to.

Stay at Moana

The unit was clean with great air conditioning. when we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk butter & Yoghurt &strawberries as well as fresh bred & a large selection of cereals. A selection of novels music & video CD's along with all you needed to know about what was available in the area was on hand. Great stay that I would recommend to anyone some steep stairs but a couple of 60+ handled them alright.

We had a wonderful stay and were very sad to leave. Peter and Gaye were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to cater for my husband’s dietary requirements, which was greatly appreciated. They also provided a fantastic selection of brochures and local information to help us decide on places to visit and things to do in the area. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. "Seasing" the Day

The accommodation was large and comfortable with many extras included that were amazing for the price. The location was excellent being a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to many outstanding wineries. There were many activities to enjoy like the Eco trail at Gumtree Wines and great eating places like the Blue Cafe. Peter and Gayle were wonderful hosts who obviously cared about the guests enjoying their stay. Thank You both. Ann and John.

We are now both retired - Gaye, a school teacher and x-principal, Peter a reg nurse and manager for a camping store.
We are both fun outdoors people who love caravanning, camping, walking, and fishing and also enjoying the fantastic countryside we have in Australia. We have traveled extensively overseas.
We have a very friendly west highland terrier, Ziggy, who we're sure you will meet. We have a son and daughter who are both married and we are lucky enough to have 5 beautiful grandchildren. We are very family orientated and look forward to welcoming you to our home.
