Hosted by Gaye & Peter, Carpe Diem - "Seas the Day". Moana - Gateway to the beautiful Moana Beach, McLaren Vale Wine Region, Onkaparinga Gorge, Fleurieu Peninsula & Port Noarlunga restaurants, and marine reef.
COVID 19:
Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are being followed.

Private entrance to your luxurious second-floor area. Spacious lounge/dining room and ensuite. 52" Plasma TV with DVD player. King-size bed with ceiling fan, air conditioning for the summer heat, and a gas pot belly fire for the winter chill. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasty machine, Espresso machine, water filter, and breakfast provisions. Free WiFi. BBQ on the deck. Book swap, games, DVDs, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and much more. Small babies are welcome. Not suitable for mobile children due to steep outdoor steps. Free off-street parking. All bedding also provided iron, computing space, a first aid kit, and a smoke detector.
We supply initial complimentary breakfast provisions including cereal, bread, condiments, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk, strawberries, and tea and coffee.
PLEASE NOTE: Stairs lead to your space. If you have impaired mobility our place would not be suitable for you, unfortunately.
This is a non- smoking site. If smoking is detected you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Stay at Moana
The unit was clean with great air conditioning. when we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk butter & Yoghurt &strawberries as well as fresh bred & a large selection of cereals. A selection of novels music & video CD's along with all you needed to know about what was available in the area was on hand. Great stay that I would recommend to anyone some steep stairs but a couple of 60+ handled them alright.

Fantastic Space
Roomy apartment with comfortable bed and lovely outlook from verandah to have coffee or sip a wine or two. Spent a very relaxing and quiet weekend. Only short walk to cafe and beach. Hosts friendly and flexible with time.

We are now both retired - Gaye, a school teacher and x-principal, Peter a reg nurse and manager for a camping store.
We are both fun outdoors people who love caravanning, camping, walking, and fishing and also enjoying the fantastic countryside we have in Australia. We have traveled extensively overseas.
We have a very friendly west highland terrier, Ziggy, who we're sure you will meet. We have a son and daughter who are both married and we are lucky enough to have 5 beautiful grandchildren. We are very family orientated and look forward to welcoming you to our home.
