Located in Historic Fayetteville, and walking distance to restaurants, it was the type of LOFT dreams are made of. Exposed rustic brick, large windows and modern touches in the kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and well-appointed. I would definitely recommend it.

The Loft was great for a weekend stay with my wife! We enjoyed the location in the center of downtown, within walking distance of many restaurants as well as the Woodpeckers Baseball Stadium!

This was my second time staying at the Loft. Everything was perfect, as expected. Using the QR code and app to pay for parking was easy and inexpensive. The rental had everything we needed to cook meals. It is within walking distance to things to do. Very cozy and comfortable.

Arriving at the location and viewing the outside of the building left me wondering what the true beauty of the inside would be. I found out quickly as I was walking upstairs. As I got to the top, the loft came alive and displayed unmatched beauty. It has a lot of personality! The artistry outside and inside the building balanced each other out very well. The property has been well taken care. The surrounding downtown area supports the overall balance; downtown consists of little shops, eateries, nightlife, and other businesses. I would stay at the "Ville Loft" again for its many offerings and convenience. Carlos was very helpful throughout the process. He was helpful in providing the location information I inquired about, and he was very responsive. I've already recommended his property to many, especially couples.

This is a great property and location. If you’re staying in Fayetteville this is where you want to stay. The property is beautiful, very artsy and there are great restaurants and bars within 2 blocks. You will not be disappointed!!

My Son is 82nd Airborne and we have been to Fayetteville often to visit him. This place is by far the best! It was everything advertised and more! If this loft is avaliable next trip we will be booking again! We could not have loved it more!

Lovely stay

The studio was very nicely decorated and cozy. The location was perfect for short walks to check out shops and restaurants. I'd stay again next time I'm in Fayetteville.

It looks bad at first, hard to find the door entry, needed the address (a string of shops). But once inside and up the stairs was a wonderful apartment with everything, right in the heart of downtown. Only downside was a bit of street noise early morning but I probably had the windows open. Would stay again!

Great Location

Stayed here on business and it was a great location as it was located near both of my meetings. It was also great just to be able to walk around the corner and find a variety of food for meals. The property was clean and outstanding.

Great place in downtown.

Everything about my stay was simple, convenient and good. The location is in the heart of downtown without being overly loud or crowded. The Loft was clean and well organized, and communication was easy. I look forward to staying here again in a future visit.
