This was a wonderful vacation home with great amenities for children young and old.

Beautiful home that needs maintenance

The house was lovely. Our issues: Only half of the televisions had direct tv service . Our plan was to watch football games on multiple televisions. Propane gas was empty , but replaced the next day causing us to delay our Thanksgiving dinner. Dishwasher was broken and not fixed during our stay. The Fisher Family

We had a few issues. Paid for early arrival. 10 of us, with food in the heat. Could not enter. My guess that Door code box had not been reset from previous guests. After making calls to numbers sent to us, and only getting voicemails, enlisting dev guard, driving to your closed office building, we finally found help thru your guest services number. An hour and a half later, a maintenance man let us in. Not a great way to start out our vacation. In addition, we had maintenance issues in this house. LARGE layer of Glass on dining room table spontaneously split, Dishwasher parts falling off, faulty lights in Frozen room, cable not working on 3 TVs ( which never got resolved), faulty attic cover with stair access falling into master bedroom closet, bulbs out. Someone needs to thoroughly check houses before guest arrival.
