Escape Near the Beach (GROUND FLOOR ONLY)

GROUND FLOOR ONLY FOR RENT,

2 storey house only few years old.
GROUND FLOOR ONLY FOR RENT.

The ground floor offers three bedrooms, 1st with three singles,
2nd with a Queen and fold out couch/futon and 3rd with a Double and a King single.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an outdoor setting and BBQ under a verandah.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and a powder room just outside.

The property is still being completed only needing front landscaping but the house is ready to come, enjoy and relax.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances.
Laundry consists of a dryer, washing machine and a 2nd toilet off to the side.
Back yard has a decent size grassed area for kids to kick a ball.
An Outdoor shower is accessible near the back garage to wash off all the sand after a day at the beach or fishing.
Private parking behind a locked gate.
Security cameras are installed around the perimeter. Outside cameras have been installed for security when property is not booked.

Pillows, Quilts, Mattress protectors and Blankets are provided. Bed Linen and Bath towels will NOT be provided. Bed linen MUST BE USED on ALL beds. If there is any evidence of sleeping in a bed with no linen an extra cleaning fee of $60 will be deducted from your credit card for guests sleeping on top of quilts/mattress protectors only.

Minimal tea towels, bin liners and toilet paper is provided.

North Beach is only a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Clear water where you can drive your car onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful beach while relaxing, swimming and taking in the view.

REMINDER
GROUND FLOOR ONLY, NO PETS ALLOWED.
SLEEPS 9
Under no circumstances are there allowed to be more than 9 guests, no sleeping or putting up tents in the back yard. Please try and keep sand out of beds and clean up after any cleaning of seafood. Do not place seafood in fridge unless in a tight proof bag or container.

Failure to comply with rental house rules then Stayz/Vrbo will access Damage protection bond within 14 days of checking out automatically.

PAYMENT - 50% upon booking confirmation, balance 7 days prior. Confirmation letter upon booking.

PLEASE NOTE BINS ARE COLLECTED ON MONDAYS. THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING, SUNDAY NIGHT OR MONDAY MORNING. PLEASE USE BIN LINERS TO THROW YOUR RUBBISH OUT INTO THE BIG BINS. There is a bin collection calendar on the fridge, pantry or folder.

Very musty smelling. No hooks for towels. Coffee hard in container, dead moths on floors. Cobwebs on front door, kettle was dirty, drawers and wardrobes were smelly. Whole of house needs to be aired and it would look much nicer with a garden out the front. Towels were very thin. Very basic and cheaply furnished. Didn’t feel homely. Surprised at the 200 cleaning cost add on. Amused by the mini second toilet. Great spot and the shower was lovely.

a large, warm, very clean and lovely home. very close to shops, restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach! all 3 bedrooms were very spacious, nice size backyard, living dining and kitchen 😊100% would consider staying again during our next visit to Wallaroo!

So good to have air-conditioning as it was 40+ degrees! House was lovely and clean and cool. Great modern appliances. Rooms were spacious. Except the world's tiniest toilet(second toilet) but very handy to have this option with 7 people in the house.

This place is more meant for retirees and elderly couple..not for young families with kids..too many restrictions plus the cameras in the backyard made things a bit uncomfortable to be enjoyed with the family.Make sure to check for damaged contents in the property or the guest ends up paying a hefty unreasonable price for it. Coffee provided was of expired date and the dishwasher was not functional. Highly disappointed and will not recommend to friends and family.

The house we rented was beautiful! And we really enjoyed our stay in there.

The property is such a nice play to stay, quiet neighborhood and the inside is appealing and very minimalist, also, accessible to shops around and just near the beautiful places.

Well appointed property close to the beach

We found this property clean and spacious, the backyard and verandah bbq area was great for the kids and washing off after each day at the beach. Offstreet parking is great and house is so close to Wallaroo beach, easy walking distance. Kitchen is well appointed, however the addition of a few more wine/champagne glasses would be great! Would definitely stay here again!
