The Villa boasts a large open plan living and kitchen area. Guests have access to all the comforts of home here. Theres a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and mater bedroom. Flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player, washing machine and dryer and access to WiFi. The property has a private alfresco area, ideal for enjoying a BBQ or simply relaxing on the outdoor furniture. The courtyard has a bird house that attracts several species of wild parrots!
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 king singles. The property is perfect for families, small groups or couples looking for a centrally located getaway in Margaret River. Its a great base to explore world class wineries and breweries. Pristine beaches and surf breaks are only an 8 minute drive away. The national park is also on your doorstep, access to forest trails and the Margaret River are within a 3 minute walk. Lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Everything needed for a stay in the Margaret River area. Quiet street directly behind the town and only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to haves extended for a few nights, but it was booked up. A super place to stay.

Excellent location for Margaret River cafes, bars and restaurants etc. Property as seen in photos but now a little tired. Needs a lick of paint and carpets need an update. Lucy responded quickly when we asked for cleaners to return as place obviously unoccupied before we moved in (for 54 days) and needed a good dusting on all surfaces. Furniture and furnishings would benefit from an update. Shower in Master was excellent. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped and a good sized BBQ in the patio area.

Comfortable & convenient stay. Manager needs to be aware a hairdryer is missing from the 2nd bathroom. The sink in master bathroom is very slow, almost clogged. Batteries in remotes for AC units were dead and had to be replaced by us in order to get them to work. Light at front door is not working making entry very difficult at night. Flashlight in pantry was dead. More batteries are needed.Washer and dryer were a great bonus. Kitchen was very nice size as well as the grill on the back patio.

The property is exactly as advertised. The location is great, a short walk to the main street in Margaret River. The house was spotless clean, the shower head water pressure is fantastic and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in Margs.

We took my 91 year old mum to Margaret River, is her favourite place when here, from U.K. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose this property for mum to be able to get around easily, we weren’t disappointed. It is at the bottom end of town, but this meant that we had an easy walk back after browsing the shops! We would recommend this property for anyone.

This Villa is in a perfect location just back from the Main Street so no road noise but has at the end of driveway a set of stairs that give you access to the Main Street. The excellent bakery is just around the corner. The Villa was very well equipped and had the added bonus of a combustion wood fire as well as airconditioning. Would definitely stay again.

The cleaning standard was not up to par upon checking in. After pointing out the shortcomings Lucy agreed with my observations and promptly took action to correct the issues. The house is in a perfect location close to grocery and restaurants. House is also large and well appointed. Please note there is only one AC unit in the house in the kitchen/living room area, so some bedrooms do not cool down quite enough. I would stay there again.

Everything was as expected with the property being clean and tidy and well furnished. However, as is normally the case within individual travellers there were some concerns. The bed in the main bedroom was too hard and we had to put two blankets underneath the sheet to soften it. Other people may find it perfectly acceptable but for us not so much. The property is well situated with easy location to the town and importantly a set of steps away from swings and roundabouts, the Margaret River bakery and Sons and daughters cellar door which meant no driving. I would recommend it to anyone with a larger party of six people who want to stay in town.
