Relax in this lakefront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath real log cabin on pristine Beaver Lake, just 20 minutes from historic Eureka Springs. The cabin sits a stone's throw from crystal clear waters in a calm, no-wake cove — bring your boat or jet ski, or rent one from nearby Starkey Marina.

Paved roads lead right to the property, which sits waterfront about 200 feet down the hill from the road. The all-concrete drive is steep but very navigable, with ample door-side parking for multiple vehicles. Designated boat trailer parking is available on site (call or inquire for details).

**Room to spread out**

This spacious log home spans three levels, giving your group plenty of space to stretch out. Each level has a large common seating area with a TV, YouTube TV, and DVD player. Starlink high-speed WiFi is provided with unlimited usage. We just completed construction on a brand new, expanded deck — now covered and built with low-maintenance composite, offering multiple seating areas across both the main and lower levels. Step out with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise, then gather around the firepit on the large stone patio below the cabin for s'mores in the evening.

**Main level**

The main level features the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate vanities, a half bath, and a washer and dryer with detergent supplied. You'll also find the dining and living rooms, the new covered deck, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances — including two full-size fridge/freezers — plus a variety of dishware, bakeware, and cooking utensils to make meals for a large group easy. An eat-in bar, dining table, and small kids' table let everyone dine together.

The open living room showcases a stunning stone chimney with a wood-burning stove and generous seating. The new covered deck is furnished with brand new patio furniture, including an 8-seat dining table and a lounge area with a fire table — plus a fire heater to keep things cozy on chilly nights. A large Weber gas grill is provided, propane included.

**Upper level**

The upper level offers a large loft common area with a queen sofa sleeper and a loveseat, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and a full bathroom with tub and separate vanities.

**Lower level**

The lower-level rounds things out with a final common area anchored by a large sectional sofa, a full bathroom, the 4th bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds that sleep six, and the lower-level covered deck. This deck area has multiple seating areas, outdoor foosball and shuffleboard tables, and a 65" TV.
