This private oasis has a large outdoor deck, oversized heated pool, outdoor shower and hot tub, and private tennis court. Looking for a game of family football or soccer? Our expansive lawn is the perfect spot. Inside, the 4 bedrooms each have a private full ensuite bathroom for maximum comfort. The 900sf loft space above the garage is perfect for those who need a little more space or privacy. The true family gathering spot is the open plan living room and kitchen/dining room. Here all can gather for big dinners or to watch a favorite movie or sporting event on the large flat screen TV perched above the double sided fireplace, that is when they are not enjoying the many outdoor amenities.

Note - Daily pricing INCLUDES all utilities , weekly maid service , pool , electric , landscaping . Only extra is propane for pool heater if used .

A week in East a Hampton!

Our stay at the house was super relaxing, kids love the pool and enjoyed some Pickleball at the tennis court. The house was clean and spacious. We had some great family memories to cherish. Thank you Adam.

A great get-away

The house was spacious, and immaculate with privacy for us and our three grown children with their significant others as well as our four-year-old grandson. We made good use of the BBQ and found the kitchen well-stocked for cooking and serving our group of nine. There were lots of toys and trucks to appeal to our grandson. The house is located in an isolated area which was very private but also somewhat remote (check with owner for directions - Waze directs you to a back road). We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the tennis court and for the beach, went to Main Beach, about a 10 minute drive. Although you had to pay $25 for parking, it is lovely with life guards and a snack bar. Some things we wish we brought with us: hair dryer, shampoo, tissues, soap. Overall, the house was what we hoped it would be and we totally enjoyed our stay. The owner Adam was prompt in replying to any of our inquiries.

Great family house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the pool and tennis and hot tub. The owner was in touch and very responsive to any questions we had or issues we needed attended to. Location was very quiet and convenient to beach and town

Our stay at Adam's place

We are happy to say we had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Adam's house in East Hampton. We were a family of 7 adults, a 13 month old toddler and a big dog. The house was roomy. clean. well furnished and air conditioned. All services were in perfect working order. The host was totally accessible and very helpful. We give high marks to out experience.

Great family week in East Hampton

The house was perfect for our family of 3 couples. There was plenty of room with extra bedrooms to spare. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and tennis court. Adam was easy to deal with and always available. We will be back!!

Quiet setting

The house is as depicted. The kitchen and baths all in excellent condition. The priceless feature of the house is it’s seclusion and quiet. We heard no neighbors, no din of landscapers and it was blissfully dark at night. Communication with owner was great which has not always been my experience.

Family vacation

Enjoyed our family vacation in July, 2020. House worked well for us. We utilized both the office and the loft. I especially liked that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. House met our needs, but do not expect a designer showcase and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay

My whole family stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 1 infant. Pool, hot tub and tennis court were put to good use. Adam was very responsive in any questions we had before and during our stay. House is close to both town of East Hampton and Sag Harbor so wonderfully located. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house

We stayed at this property for around three weeks, celebrating my eldest daughters graduation. The house was located in an isolated, stunning area while still being close to town. The pool, hot tub, grill and tennis court were frequently used by us! Also - more than enough space inside the house. Wonderful stay overall and easy communication with the property manager.
