This two level home makes an ideal gathering spot for a large group or two families. Pristine condition. Large kitchen includes a gourmet stove, fridge, dishwasher, & large granite counter tops. Large windows and French doors afford breathtaking vistas from the kitchen, dining and family room. Sit on the deck & enjoy the sound of the trees blowing in the wind while enjoying your morning coffee. Gas fireplace in the family room will warm your tootsies after a day on the nearby slopes.


Master Bedroom: King sized bed and matching nightstands, large bathroom with dual sinks, vanity, large jetted tub, & large shower.

Living Room: Fireplace, sectional couch, 1 large chair, large bench near fireplace, games, huge wood coffee table.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops including a large serving counter/island area, chefs stove, cabinets, & plenty of cooking & food preparation items. Dining area has large rectangular table that seats 10. French doors open onto deck. Propane gas grill on deck.

Downstairs Bathroom: Shower, toilet and sink 2 steps from bedroom.

Located between Tabernash and Granby, off Highway 40, in a small sub-division known as Innsbruck Val Moritz. Outdoor lovers can hike, kayak, ride horses, bike, sail, boat, fish, walk and ski to their heart’s delight. Civilization is just a quick drive down the hill if you need groceries, gas or Starbucks. Within just 20 minutes, you can visit Winter Park Resort (with over 3,000 acres of award winning ski and boarding terrain), Grand Lake (Colorado’s largest natural lake), or Rocky Mountain National Park and its 350 miles of hiking trails.

A great family ski trip

This was another great VRBO vacation. Granby Ranch is a great location for family skiing (smaller crowds, easy access & somewhat more reasonable lift pass rates). Great location that is close to the slopes as well as the towns of Granby, Fraser & Winter Park. Good sized house with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Plenty of amenities and well furnished kitchen for meals that we cooked at home.

Great stay

The house was great. We cooked meals in the home and skiied Granby, snow shoed on the trails that started in the neighborhood and slept well! The house was just as advertised with plenty of room for our two families of 4. Would be a great summer stay as well. Cannot be closer to the City Market, and the Granby lift/base area is just 5 minutes down the road. Thank you!

Exceptional vacation getaway

This is the perfect vacation getaway. The house is spacious, inviting and very accommodating. Plenty of bedrooms, baths and open spaces. The upstairs kitchen/dining room and living room have great views and make it the perfect place to relax, unwind and be with family or friends. Whether you want to ski in the winter, hike or bike in the summer or do anything else, this is THE place to stay. It is close to all the amenities you just enough "off the beaten path" so you don't feel hemmed in every other vacationing family. The house sits in a real neighborhood, not a resort setting. This is a huge difference to us. It's quiet, private and very relaxing. The property is very well maintained. You can tell the owners care about providing a first-class stay for their guests.

My family enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Granby for my daughters wedding. Perfect property for two families and or friends to stay at. Visiting with everyone in the kitchen / family room and deck was great. Plenty of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Easy access. Very clean. Everything you could possible need was supplied. Setting up the deck chairs supplied were also great. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice friendly neighbors. Owners were great to work with from the very start. Granby House

Overall a nice home, but there is room for improvement. We were welcomed with 3 large piles of dog excrement, literally at the door. The fact that the cleaners didn’t notice that is ridiculous. It was very obvious as the smell was horrible and you had to step over them to get to the door lock To unlock and gain access. There was snow on the deck so we could not sit outside and enjoy the weather. Home is very dark. The light bulbs are nowhere near bright enough. Only 1 tv in the entire house, and it’s small and older. Internet speed is also very slow. The owner was friendly and apologized about the dog poop.
