Villa Tara offers a fantastic central location in SW Cape Coral and quick access to Fort Myers. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach are a short 35 min drive. You will find a variety of restaurants, stores, golf courses, and entertainment all within a 5-15 min drive from the vacation home.

This charming Florida style home has 3 bedrooms, the large master has a comfy king bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanities, step in shower and soaking tub. Both guest rooms feature queen size beds, ceiling fans and streaming TVs. High speed wireless internet throughout the home. The full guest bathroom also has dual sinks, walk in shower and access to the pool area.

Create homemade meals for friends and family in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample counter space, breakfast nook, stove and a full suite of appliances. Inside dining room faces the outside pool lanai, open the blinds and door sliders to have the full Florida experience.

Villa Tara offers your own private outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing electric heated pool, then sit back on the outdoor seating or lounge chairs and bask in the Florida sun. As the sun goes down, fire up the grill, take in the gorgeous gulf access views and enjoy a tropical retreat that you won't soon forget at Villa Tara

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

The property was as listed. Beautiful home inside and out! The pool was terrific! It was a great location for us, as we were visiting family close by. Other than food, everything was there for us. The canal was awesome! We saw quite a few fish when we were outside.

Everything about this home and pool were immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and more The booking, check-in, and check-out were all seamless. Flo, the owner, was easily reached. Directions for trash pick-up, etc. were all clear. Even the weather was perfect - sunny and 80 to 84 with low humidity almost all week. We did not want to leave.

Delightful Pool Area

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay in this Cape Coral home as a three week winter getaway from thenorthern cold. As seniors, we enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood each morning and seeing the burrowing owls basking in the early sunshine. The pool area was delightful for swimming, relaxation, birdwatching and meals. The pool was cared for each week and was warm. The home was spacious enough to have our family visit for a few nights and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked well, but could use some new cookware. The weather was great during our stay, so the pool was used a lot, as the home is not really near an ocean beach. Check in was easy and communication went well with the host. We were pleased with our stay!

Overall, we loved the house, the pool, the dock and the location. It is close to everything ; restaurants, shopping, entertainment and activities. Property manager Florian was very responsive to our questions and needs. We have already booked Villa Tara for 2022 and are looking forward to our return stay.

The property was very nice, convenient to most shopping, and in a nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed the relaxing, quiet atmoshere of the property. The neighborhood was great for walking and people were friendly. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very handy and the pool and pool area were awesome. We had quick response from the manager on a few questions we had. At first we felt like we were far from anything we wanted to do, but when we got used to the city, we felt more connected. It was a great place for us to be with our daughter, her husband, and our 2 year old granddaughter. I would recommend this property although it might not work for getting a few couples together...two bedrooms have only a queen size bed; most people we know have king size beds at home!
