Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was perfect. Matt is an incredible host and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were anxious to get away from frigid temps and were looking forward to relaxing in the sun and swimming. The heated pool was perfect, landscape is beautiful and the mountain/desert views are exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Girls Trip!

This was our second time coming to Desert Breeze and it was a great experience. The host is super communicative and worked with us on some unexpected rebooking needs that was much appreciated. The house is beautiful, big and meets all the needs you could possibly have. The pool area is perfect for simply being about to be outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location of the property is great as well and we were easily able to access activities (hikes, spa, shopping, river) easily from its central location. Highly recommend this property for a visit!

A New Jersey native, I fell in love with Fountain Hills while my daughters were attending college nearby. Now, I'm in nearby Chandler, AZ, enjoying life close to their growing families.

Originally, this house was intended to be home but life got in the way and I've turned it into a stellar spot for guests like you. I'm proud of my dozens of five-star reviews—each one earned by a genuine care for my guests to have a fantastic time with their friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! Sure, the fresh reno caught my eye, but it was the sprawling feel of the place, both inside and out. But it was the views in every direction that really sealed the deal. Nestled among million-dollar homes in a neighborhood where the pride is as understated as it is comfortable, the location is just fantastic.
Funny thing—I wasn’t even close to being “in the market” for a home in Arizona. But after a hike on Sunrise Mountain and a bite at the All American Pub downtown (right across from the Fountain), I casually wandered into the real estate office next door. By the next day, I had an offer in. The rest is history, and I love sharing it, now with many repeat guests.

What makes this property unique

My home is more than just a spot with great features and views…and so much more than “a rental”! Think of this place not merely as a property, but as YOUR place for making memories. I’m a people-pleaser by nature (property manager by necessity!), always on a mission to keep things fresh, bright, spotless, and comfortable.

Need a hand? I’m there with a smile, and maybe even a birthday cake and balloons if that’s what the day calls for! But don’t worry—I get the whole privacy thing, too. Inspired by my own family’s vacations, I totally get how crucial a flawless stay is. I’m here to make sure your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
