Wonderful balcony looking over the ocean. We loved eating our meal on the high bar looking at the beach. The entire unit felt fresh and updated. No wear on anything.

Amazing Beach Condo w/ Only 2 Negatives

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our IRB vacation at this wonderful condo. It is super close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen is large with tons of counter space, the beds are very comfortable, and the view of ocean life from the deck is entertaining. One negative is the floors are very thin and the upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers so we couldn't sleep past 6:00am. The other negative is there is zero water pressure in both bathrooms, so showering was not enjoyable. Other than those negatives, it was a wonderful beach vacation.

Condo was very nice and had the best sunset views. It's located on the beach, with easy access to restaurants, entertainment and airport. Had all the amenities we could ask for, including beach chairs and towels and some sand toys. Host was super responsive and very helpful.

The view from the balcony was amazing and you are steps from the beach! We saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning and watched sunsets at night.. the condo had everything we needed from a stocked kitchen to linens and towels. The condo itself was updated and modern and close to everything.

Everything was great, with the exception of the beach being closed the entire week in front of the unit. Heavy machinery running all day and all night. Our opinion, the condition of the beach should have been disclosed by owner. Property was great, as well as communication from the owner.

Amazing stay!

This property is so nice. I highly recommend. There’s a lot restaurants and shops close. The pool and private access to the beach would make it worth it alone. The condo is even stocked well. Great stay!

Graduation Trip

My daughter wanted her graduation trip to be on the beach with blue water!! And that’s exactly what we got. This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The newly redone kitchen was beautiful. My favorite part was the patio with the best view could ask for!!

Spectacular view of the beach and the crystal clear turquoise and blue water of the Gulf. Amazing sunsets also. We loved the beachy decor of the condo, the beachfront balcony, and the pool. We had wonderful, laid back vacation. We'll be back!
