Ótima vista de João Fernandes através da sala e do quarto. Condomínio tranquilo com piscina e sauna. Apartamento espaçoso em todas as áreas (sala, deck, cozinha, banheiros, quartos). Wifi bom para trabalho e mídia (Youtube/Netflix).
