This house was perfect for our trip! My family and I went to Indio for a wedding, and it was conveniently located 15 minutes away from the venue. The gated community access was easy, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The home itself had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Thank you for being great hosts!

My family had a great stay. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. It was nice having multiple bathrooms as well. We really appreciated all the communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to Indio.

Great Golf Getaway

Were a group of 7 old friends that get together for a spring golf trip to re- connect since we now live in separate places. For the last 14 years we have gone to Mesquite NV but decided on a change of scenery and couldn't have had a better time and this place was a perfect part of the trip.Great house, location and wouldn't hesitate to stay here agai. This place was all we had hoped for and more! The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The yard was beautiful and the pool outstanding. I have stayed at several properties the last several years. Many properties are not always even close to what their pictures depict them to be. This was better than the pictures! You have a great property; from the pool/hot tub area, to the bedrooms/baths, to the great front room area. Everything was great & my wife mentioned how clean it was! When I reached out one evening about a couple of minor lighting problems they were fixed the next day ! This is a great property to stay at.

This house is very easy to find & your contact person is very quick to respond when you have questions! I would highly recommend this house & I would definitely stay here again. The furniture was comfortable & inviting! The kitchen was very well stocked and clean! The pool & hot tub were clean & very well kept. The only thing we were a little annoyed with was the back door alarm-but I know I would’ve appreciated it if we had little children with us! It definitely wouldn’t stop me from getting the house again!

This property did not disappoint!!! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your stay in the Indio/Palm Springs area. The pool and spa are gorgeous and the back patio/yard is set up to enjoy time in the sun, a float in the salt water pool along with BBQ'ing and enjoying a relaxing evening by the firepit after a day of enjoying the surrounding areas and activities. This is a must stay at property and the owner is so nice and responsive and truly cares that your stay at his home is unforgettable. JC

We enjoyed the home. The rooms looked like the photos. One thing we really liked was the fact that all the light switches were labeled which was great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The shared bathroom was roomy enough for 3 people. It had plenty of counter space. We enjoyed eating outside and listening to the fountain. The rooms were fairly clean; we did find some black hairs on the couch, bathroom, and a big pile on the floor in the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom needs some upgrade. Two nightstands would be better for accessibility for items during the night. There was no place to put clothes. There was no dresser, and the closet was locked. So, there was no place to unpack or to hang clothes. Suitcases had to be put on the floor and were always in the way. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress felt like a waterbed with coils. The only way to make the bed comfortable was to double fold 3 blankets and put on top of the mattress. Even with the instructions the tv was frustrating to operate; it took us forever to get it to work. Also, the first night there we could watch Netflix on the guest account, but the next night we were locked out and we couldn't even log into Netflix with our own personal account. We had the same problem with Prime that we couldn't login to it. We couldn't even get the local channels to work. We enjoyed our stay here; it was located conveniently by the I-10 which made getting to places easy.
