This house has two bedrooms, with a Queen size bed in one bedroom. and a double size bed in the other bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a separate living room, dining room and a complete bathroom. The house is situated in the Torreira suburbs on a lane 300 meters from the N327 main road - only 2 kms north from the center of the charming seaside resort village of Torreira and only minutes away from other nearby beautiful beaches in Furadouro, S. Jacinto and the Reserva Natural das dunas de S. Jacinto. There are several good restaurants and cafés in the area. Conveniently located on the Costa de Prata between Aveiro (36 kms) and Espinho casino (31 kms), Oporto (53 kms). Also ideal as a home base for day trips to enjoy the regional gastronomy and experience the many cultural and historical sites that are within a couple of hours driving from this central Portugal location. Coimbra (94 kms), Viseu (99 kms), Conímbriga (102 kms), Guimaraes (105 kms), Braga (106 kms), Figueira da Foz (108 kms), Viana do Castelo (127 kms), Ponte de Lima (135 kms), Fatima (166 kms), Guarda (168 kms), Batalha (170 kms), Alcobaça (182 kms), Nazare (184 kms). Ideally located between the ocean and the Ria de Aveiro lagoon (with beaches along both sides), sailing and other activities such as; paddle-boats, wind and kite surfing are available. Due to its biodiversity, this area is also becoming an eco-tourism favorite: with the Dunas (sand dunes) de São Jacinto Nature Reserve, several kms of dedicated bicycle/pedestrian lanes under the Murtosa Ciclável sustainable mobility project and much more.

Férias 2021 na Torreira

Foi uma boa estadia no geral sem dúvida mas a propriedade precisa de uma reforma. Tem espaço para um grelhado como deve ser. A máquina de lavar não é muito boa, mas claro melhor que nada. O quintal podia estar mais protegido pois em 15 dias fez sempre vento e nunca consegui comer na rua. A internet não chega a todas as divisões. Tirando estes pequenos detalhes que claro fariam toda a diferença foi sem dúvida uma estadia 5 estrelas

It has been used as a vacation house for many years and a base from which we explored much of central and northern Portugal.
