Infinity sea view hillside villa with private pool is a stylish 3-bedroom villa of 90 sq. meters, situated on the hill above Parikia town with a private Infinity swimming pool & Jacuzzi offering panoramic views of Parikia’s bay and the nearby islands and an amazing sunset.

It is part of a small complex of 3 private Villas, conveniently located in a picturesque countryside hill, 2 km from the port of Parikia and the city center, 2,5 km from Livadia beach and 12 km from the airport.
Expertly dressed and comfortably minimal designed, can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It consists of 3 bedrooms with wardrobes equipped with high quality mattresses, bedclothes and feather pillows (the first and second with a king size bed each and the third with one double and 1 single beds).

A private Infinity swimming pool of 60 sq. meters with jetted water in one corner and sun loungers will offer you relaxation and massage at the same time. Feel the Aegean breeze in front of your eyes and below your feet.
It features Wi-Fi Internet connection, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, safe-box, iron with ironing board, hairdryer and terraces with shading. It also has 3 modern walk-in bathrooms with rainfall shower, a lobby with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, kettle, espresso machine and a microwave.

We deliver it to you clean with towels, sheets, beach towels, slippers and bathroom amenities for all people. There is a free service every 4 days (by arrangement) and if you wish you can have more services on request at an extra cost. The doors and windows are with double glasses and window screens. The property has a private entrance and parking area.

It is vibrant and fresh as it is only for summer use and nobody stays in all the other period.
This is where summer memories are created.

Paros Getaway

We loved this villa with spectacular views! Very well equipped for our group of 6 adults. It is a short drive from town up a narrow winding road. We used the iMove app to order a taxi to take us to dinner which was great. It is a peaceful spot with the best sunset views!

Only caveat - 5 minutes from town but up a steep narrow curving road - you need a car. Beautiful location! We loved the home and the infinity pool. Such a great spot! Paros is fantastic- highly recommend this home! Everything was exactly as specified. Great in every aspect. Would love to come again!

Grandiose Villa in atemberaubender Umgebung

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser fantastischen Villa verbracht, die atemberaubende Ausblicke in "erhabener" Position möglich macht. Architektur, Ausstattung, Umgebung: Alles umwerfend schön! Oberhalb Parikias in absoluter Ruhe gelegen kann man das Treiben im Hafen von den beiden Terrassen oder vom Pool aus geniessen und ist in 8 Autominuten in einer der urigsten griechischen Hafenstädte. Für alle zusätzlichen Wünsche steht das Team um Kostas zur Stelle und schafft schnell kleinere Probleme aus dem Weg. Wir können allen diese Villa weiterempfehlen. VIEW (!) & LOCATION, Pool, Comfy Beds, Great Kitchen & Bathrooms

We (myself 69, wife 66, daughter 39, son-in-law 40) spent 8 days here in Sept 2022 & Villa was PERFECT in every respect. We spent ALL of our time outside on PRIVATE & QUIET patio or in salt water pool (cleaned 3X during our visit) or in super comfy large beds. Kitchen was fine (we never used Living Rm or Dining Room), SUNNY & Clear all 8 days. 3 min ride to markets, coffee, bakeries & Paroikia was PERFECT for our family age (vs Naoussa). We went to 4 different LUX beach bars/restaurants, cute Lefkes, winery in Naoussa. PLENTY of restaurants in Paroikia ($$$, $$ & $). Shopping 1 block in from Harbor was quaint & semi-upscale (vs Naoussa which had a 21-28 yr old crowd). AC in EVERY ROOM with separate control for each was great on 93 degree days.

House is as advertised - high on hillside with great view of Parikia bay. House was very clean, comfy beds, great outdoor spaces and all day sun on the infinity pool. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Parikia
