This was our third time staying here. The location is ideal – 1/2 block from the beach and Commercial Street. The unit is cozy and clean, the neighbors are friendly, and it's a great place to relax. The fact that it's pet-friendly is an added bonus (our beagle likes it there as much as we do).
Great location, close to P_town center. Small unit, very little room for personal luggage. The water heater quick working during our stay resulting in about 1.5 days of no hot water. Management was reasonably quick to respond and replace heater, and they have agreed to reimburse us for one night's stay. That is reasonable! John

Fabulous location. Everything you need was there. My dog felt comfortable which is always good.
Only recommendation would be to have heat and gas stove instructions that were easier to understand instead of printouts of the manual. Aside from that I would totally recommend the place

We are glad you enjoyed this wonderful dog-friendly condo! Should you stay with us again--and we hope you do--don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or if we can assist with anything during your stay. The owners of this unit are great and in response to your recommendation, have provided better instructions for the heat and gas stove.
Property was nice, maybe too well appointed lot of stuff around. On the downside, there was no room to place folded clothes, small dresser was full with stuff except for one small draw, not enough for 2 adults. There was a closet with hangers yet I don't hang t-shirts, we lived out of bags and after the 3rd day got old. Also the place needs a stick vacuum, all you had was a 3 foot small broom and they expect you to leave the place clean at a beach town sand sand sand ?? We left the place as clean as we could with a small broom.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the unit and its fantastic location! We appreciate your feedback about storage and a vacuum and will certainly pass it on to the owner. You sure can end up taking half the beach home with you! Please let us know if we may assist in the future!

Great location, disappointing unit
1. Size. To say that this unit is tiny would be an understatement. To list it as sleeping 4 is false advertising. The size of the unit is compounded by the fact that it is so full of bric-a-brac and unnecessary clutter.
2. Cleanliness. A layer of dust on the top of the refrigerator and other surfaces. Under the sofa was a whole other level of uncleanliness. Really shameful.
3. Storage. The unit is so full of clutter that it impacts the ability (who needs 2 junk draws in a rental unit?!) to store basics such as clothes and suitcases. There was so much junk under the bed that there was no place to store bags or shoes...or really anything.
4. Run down. Again, the unit is advertised as sleeping 4 with a pull out sofa, but doesn't advertise that the sleeper sofa is completely busted and not functional. We had friends coming to stay overnight Labor Day weekend. We just coincidentally tried to pull the sofa out before they arrived only to learn about the disgusting state under the sofa (old food and dust), but also that the sofa was broken. The solution to the problem was delivering an air mattress, which only contributed to the clutter. In addition, the vanity in the bathroom is starting to rot and it looks like their is mildew build up.

We are sorry you were disappointed and surprised by much of your feedback--most everyone finds the unit cozy and nicely equipped. We addressed everything as best we could during your stay including fixing the sleep sofa which has since been replaced. We agree this was not a good fit.
Had a wonderful week! 10C was cozy and very comfortable at a great location - so close to downtown. We really enjoyed the short patio just about every afternoon…it’s great little spot to relax and read or just chat with a yummy drink. This section of P’town is really a great neighborhood with very friendly people! The parking spot was rather tight fitting for our Grand Marquis but once we got in it we basically just stayed put and walked every where. Hoping we have a chance to return again next year!! It was definitely a 10 on a scale of 1-10!

Week in ptown
The apartment was very nice, new bathroom with washer/dryer, good full size kitchen with adequate cookware etc.
Bedroom comfortable, tv in bedroom and living room. Unit has comfortable nice furnishings. Very clean and very convenient to most anything.
The main problem for me was the parking space, if you are going to park once and not use your car it would be ok, I am in and out couple times a day painting, the issue is the parking space is in front of the house you need to back in, there is a public space on the street in front of the house, you need to back in between parked car and house, very little room to get in the house, just clear the front door to open it and get in.
I stay in Provincetown quite often, called about ease of parking and I was told no issue, it was a pain, people don’t park correctly and it makes a issue.
No gas for grille, wasn’t going to fill it for a few nights, for the price that should be taken care of by property.
Unit great, parking not great

We hope readers look past your rating and see that you liked the unit very much. It is a wonderful, nicely outfitted unit in a great spot with a parking space--a definite perk in Ptown! Regarding the parking, it is noted very clearly in the description that larger vehicles cannot be accommodated. That being said, in the several years we have rented this unit, no one has ever mentioned difficulty getting in and out of the space. The guest did tell us he was encountering an issue with the way other vehicles were parked (there is a municipal spot adjacent) and we suggested that it was perhaps an issue that we would need to take up with the parking authority. Regarding the grill, we were not aware that the guest had encountered an issue. We address such issues immediately when notified and would gladly gone over to take care of it. Turns out the tank was full, it just wasn't connected. Please always let your rental agent know if there is an issue, most, like us, are happy to get things resolved as quickly as possible so you can go back to enjoying your stay!
We had an excellent experience on our first trip to Cape Cod. The online scheduling and information was valuable the site and rental itself was excellent very centrally located easy access to anywhere we want to go lots of things to do .

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! This property is indeed close to everything, but still in a quiet spot. We look forward to working with you in again!
The apartment is charming, adequately supplied, and comfortable. The neighborhood is super quiet and not rowdy. It is centrally located with easy walking access to everything. My only suggestion is for people with small children it’s a tight space. We have a one year old and had to put his pack and play in the living room bc it was not going to fit in the bedroom with us and the fireplace is great but not for a little one on the move. Overall though it was a great place to stay and if my husband and I take a vacation without our little man this will be our go to spot!
Perfectly situated just off the center of town. Close to both East and West End attractions. Beach is a hop, skip and a jump.
Decor is perfect. Simple, tasteful, purposeful. Has everything you need. We were two and a dog. More than that might be a bit tight, unless the weather is gorgeous and your always out. Definitely recommend.
