Cozy Westerly Cottage

Adorable 2 bedroom cottage. Although small in size, it is bright and airy with all the necessary comforts, including central air, ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms, wood floors, dining table, gas stove and a sleep sofa that can sleep a couple of extra guests. Outside there is a patio with table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill in quiet wooded area just off route 1. Outdoor shower available April to October.
The cottage is less than 2 miles to Misquamicut and Westerly beaches as well as downtown Westerly. Watch Hill and Charlestown and numerous restaurants are minutes away. Connecticut casinos are less than half an hour away as is Narraganset and the Block Island Ferry.

Winter cozy

This is the second time we stayed at this property in February. The unit is very clean, accommodating and warm. It is way better than staying in a hotel. We highly recommend it!

Perfect Cozy Cottage

We stayed here for almost a month because we've moved to the area, but our permanent housing wasn't ready yet. The home and neighborhood are cute and quiet and also conveniently close to the beach and downtown Westerly. There are grocery stores and restaurants just a couple minute drive away. The home is comfortably furnished with nice beach inspired decor, kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it's great to have the washer and dryer. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend this getaway.

Lovely stay

So beautifully appointed in a small space! So clean it looked brand new! Contained everything that we needed! It was a hard find for GPS though and being late at night arrival it was confusing. But happy when we did arrive as it was so cozy with very comfy beds! Certainly would like to stay there again.

Excellent vacation spot

Very happy with these accommodations. The cottage was as described - bright and airy. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Had we not brought our 3 dogs and all their stuff, the size would have been perfect for us! Convenient to beaches, activities, shopping, friends and family! Great September weather made for a wonderful vacation.

Cozy Cottage Big Comfort

The Cozy Cottage was larger than I had expected. It was very comfortable for the two of us. The property is well maintained and attractive.. It is in a great location with plenty of places to explore. Of course the beach is not that far away! Roger was also a super host answering all my questions!

My wife and I are former Connecticut residents and live in this cottage in July and August, spending the rest of the year in Southwest Florida.
We have friends in Westerly and a daughter, son-in-law and grandson living just outside Providence.

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased by the current owner in 2018 and was rented out for several years prior with all favorable reviews. Since we have been living in the property each summer, we have made many upgrades and improvements including the installation of an outdoor shower in 2022.
