We really enjoyed our stay! It had very musty smell upon arriving. We did let fresh air in for little while, it improved! It had all us family ladies needed! Great ocean views! Would recommend!

Great Place to Stay

This unit is exactly as described. The complex is clean and nice. The unit is ocean front and has a great view. The kitchen was fully equipped and they had several beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool area is also nice. You do need to bring your own beach towels. There were TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. This unit also has a washer / dryer. We would stay at the unit again!

Less than perfect stay

There were many things broken in the unit. No instructions on how to use the TV. We were forced to leave for 3 days due to Hurricane Milton. We only received a rebate for 1 day. We got no discount off the VRBO fee even though we received an email stating that we would aided due to the hurricane. I have stayed in one of your properties several times before and was very pleased. However, after this trip I will be reluctant to stay with VRBO again, I will never return to St Augustine Ocean and Racquet again. It was a very high costed unit and was a major disappointment. When I called to report my issues your representative tried to help but finally said to complain to my credit card company. That was a poor suggestion..

Love the view!

The condo is just as advertised. We loved the location and how close the unit is to the beach entrance. The beach decor is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. I would suggest bringing paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags) if you're staying for an extended period to keep from having to request more. However, it comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and so much more. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again!
