Colleen's Cottage in Cross Creek- Cozy Part-Time Corporate Monthly Rental🏡
Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 -1/2 Bath Vacation/Monthly rental, right on Cross Creek Lake in Branson, MO. It is located just a few miles east of Lake Taneycomo and from Branson Landing. A perfect location near shopping🛍️ yet out of the city. It will sleep 6-8 guests. Has 3 bedrooms and 1 Queen inflatable bed.
Just up the hill from the house within walking distance is a strip mall with a Sunfest Market, Family Pharmacy and Pizza🍕 World and Quiznos. There also is a Dollar General and Ace Hardware.
The upstairs level of our beautiful home has a fully equipped kitchen🍽️ living room, dining room with bar area 1-1/2 baths, utility room with washer & dryer and the master suite. The master suite has a king bed and a master bath that has a double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The Master Suite also has french doors that open out to a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine🌞 and enjoy peacefulness by the lake.
Off of the living room upstairs is a screened in balcony in which you can enjoy meals outside or an afternoon nap💤 on the comfortable patio sofa. The stereo in the living room armoire can provide music🎵 through speakers to outside balconies.
There is a gas🔥 burning fireplace in the living room to take the chill off and get cozy.
There are ceiling fans in the living room, master suite, screened in balcony and downstairs family room.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. 1 Queen bed and 1 full bed. There also is a queen inflatable bed for extra guests as well as a folding playpen for baby.
There is a large patio off of the downstairs family room and Cross Creek lake is right out the back door, for your viewing pleasure or fishing 🐟.
There is a patio table and chairs for six as well as a porch swing to enjoy being lakeside. A charcoal BBQ ⚗️ grill is provided as well.
There are 4 TV's.... the armoire in living room, armoire in downstairs family room, armoire in master suite and in kitchen.
You will not have access to the garage as it is locked and used for storage, as well as some closets. Please respect anything that is locked up. Note: Arrangements to use one stall of the garage may be considered.
Monthly Rental: At $115 per night for 30 days rent is $3450. However, if rented for 3-12 months at $105 per night for $3150 per month..
Deposit: $2500 which will be returned upon inspection of home for damage...OR...You may purchase Damage Deposit Insurance coverage for $99 worth $5000 in coverage when booking your stay. All utilities, basic tv and wifi are included.
Absolutely NO pets.

In 2010 I lost my high school sweetheart and husband of 43 years to cancer. We raised our three Son's in a small town in Kansas. In the fall of 2012 I retired from my job of 24 years and moved to Branson. We came to Branson many years on vacations. I found a grief support group and joined a church. I've made some lifelong friendships here in Branson. I remarried two years ago. The above picture is of our combined families. We feel truly blessed.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy the pond right out our back door for our, viewing pleasure. We love how the windows allow lots of light and sunshine into the rooms. We enjoy our balconies as we sit out and watch wildlife and it's peaceful.
What makes this property unique
The location is in the county, yet the city is just a few miles down the road. We have the convenience of a strip mall just up the hill from the house that has a grocery store-Sun Fest Market, Pizza World, Family Pharmacy, Quiznos, Dollar General and Ace Hardware and a Bowling Alley just across the road. Which comes in handy in the winter if we have ice and snow.
