We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and very well appointed. very comfortable and cozy but also lots of great space. Very conveniently located near the ski mountain.
This home is absolutely stunning! Very spacious, all the amenities, and spectacular views! We loved having the fireplace and there’s a perfect sledding hill in the backyard! Location is perfect, too!!!
Not as spacious as alluded to and photos misleading. Not very convenient for skiing. Especially with children it is inconvenient to get to the gondola. Bus is not that close and run infrequently. Beds hard.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations.
We do want to note that this is the first time we’ve received comments like this, as the home consistently receives five-star reviews across other platforms. The listing photos and description accurately reflect the space, and most guests find it both comfortable and well-located.
Regarding skiing access, the proximity to the gondola and public transportation is outlined in the listing, and many families have stayed here specifically for that convenience without issue. That said, we understand that preferences and expectations can vary from guest to guest.
We also appreciate the feedback on the beds—comfort is subjective, but it’s helpful to hear.
We wish you the best in finding accommodations that better suit your preferences in the future.
Our family of 6 adults enjoyed the great view of the skiers coming down the mountain and the close location to the slopes. The kitchen has a very good assortment of everything we needed to cook. Definitely one of the nicer stays we’ve had. I appreciate that leftover supplies like condiments, spices and baking stuff was available and that we could leave what we didn’t use for others. Comfortable temp and we enjoyed the gas fire and games. Highly recommend
Really nice house that was very well set up for a guy's ski trip. Nice living room to hang out in after skiing. Garage is great for putting gear in overnight. Maybe 100 yards to the bus stop (slightly uphill but not at all difficult) which takes you right to the base every ~20 minutes or so (Green Line). You can also drive easily to either the Mary Jane base or Winter Park base.
It's a beautiful place to stay, and the heated floors were great at keeping the whole place warm. The view can't be beat, and the beds were comfortable. Some hosts and even national park cabins are using extra firm beds everywhere now because they don't have to replace them as often despite the fact that literally no one wants to sleep on that, but the beds and pillows were great here. The host's check out requests were reasonable and the house was clean.
The house was in a great location. We had easy access to Church in Granby, dinner in Winter Park, tubing at the park with the kids, and quick access to skiing. The easy access made it super helpful when our 4 year old decided she didn’t want to do ski school the first day and needed to go back to the house. ;) The house was clean, I loved all the pots and pans available to cook meals at the house, and plenty of space for our family of 8.
I very much enjoyed staying at this townhouse condo. We brought my adult children and granddaughter to stay for a week. The place was great for our family gathering.
Quite big for the price! And it was pretty close to the ski resort so even walking there was possible if we didn’t want to ride the bus. The facilities were clean and we had everything we needed.
After some minor challenges in the beginning (which almost made me rate it as a 4), we truly enjoyed the townhome and the space it provided for us after a week of traveling from place to place. We arrived just after 4:00 to check in after a 5 hr drive, and the cleaning crew was still there. We were all tired from being in the car but went to the grocery store & when we came back, we were able to check in- just after 4:30, so not too late. It was a very hot week in winter park and we didn’t realize there wasn’t AC (which would have been great given it was 80 degrees inside and stuffy). It smelled stuffy too which initially was disappointing but once we opened all the windows, turned on the fans, and the sun set, we were able to cool off. Not surprisingly given the heat, the comforter duvet cover on the master bed smelled like body odor, so we washed it, & then things went smoother. Lastly, the bulk of the towels were still in the dryer on the bottom floor. But at least they were clean & almost dry!
After all that, our initial impression that was kind of a bummer for what we had experienced at other places and a long drive, but once we settled in and the place had aired out (& we left the windows open and fans going due to the heat that week), we all slept comfortably, enjoyed the smart TV where we could log into our own prime & Netflix accounts to watch anything we wanted after a busy day of biking & hiking. The townhome is just across the street from winter park, so you can walk over if needed/desired. The porch was perfect for breakfast and drinks before dinner. There wasn’t a fire pit, but it was so warm- we didn’t care as we were warm enough. We had plenty of room to space out when needed too given 2 teens and a 2 week family trip. In the end, it truly was a 5 star experience as we stayed there 5 nights and felt right at home, and could easily forget and overlook the bumpy start. Would definitely recommend and stay again- (preferably though when it’s not as hot outside given no AC and coming home hot & sweaty from hiking & biking).
The house looks just as stunning in person as it does online. It is walking distance to Winter Park resort (literally right across the street!!!). The house has more than enough to get you and your guest by for the days that you are there. Mike the property manager is AMAZING!! He was able to help my family and I with any questions we sent him within minutes, you can not beat that! The perfect place for a perfect destination.
This property was immaculate, spacious, and so conveniently located in Winter Park. The owner was responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be repeat customers. Five stars!
What a nice get away from Denver for Thanksgiving. . The unit was in a fantastic location to the slopes. The shuttle was a block away and drops you off right at the slops. I would definitely rent this unit again. I makes me ant to buy an place up in Lakota
