About this property

A Four Seasons Tree House With All Amenities Of A Home

Our tree house is on fifty acres in central Minnesota, about two hours north west of the twin cities. The tree house is a refreshing break away from the ordinary.

The tree house sits 18 feet off the ground on a ridge over looking Rock Lake. Its surrounded by our 50 acres and 500 acres of state land, we enjoy a lot of wildlife, peace and quiet here. Throughout the land there are a lot of trails for walking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. In the summer you can enjoy paddle boating and kayaking.

The tree house is built of almost all home sawed lumber. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, a sitting area in both the loft and the main level. It also has heating and air conditioning making it possible to rent year round. There is a wrap around porch on three sides and a deck out front, To access the tree house you will walk over a thirty foot covered bridge that touches the ground on one side for easy access.

We had an amazing stay at the lighthouse and spent nearly all of our time on the property. We hiked, kayaked, fished, swam and our daughter even snorkeled in the lily pads. It was perfectly relaxing and everything we were hoping for.

Beautiful place! We traveled with a 6 year old and 16 year old and they had plenty to do. We spent a lot of time fishing and utilizing the paddle boat and canoe. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.

Great place for a scenic and secluded family vacation! Hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with, and they live on the property in case of emergencies. Clear water for swimming once you get past the Lilly pads and into the middle of the lake near the platform. There’s also a Campground a couple miles away with a really nice beach and clear water as well. All in all, great experience!!

The treehouse is absolutely stunning! Everything was clean, well stocked with anything you'd need and the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The construction and details are beautiful. My husband and I visited in the winter and we are excited to come back in the summer or fall to enjoy the walking trails, lake, and enjoy the views. Fabulous hosts! Thank you again for a great stay!
