Well stocked for a crowd
Great location, near enough to bay swimming area in case weather prevents beach outings. clean unit with ample seating and dining for 6-8 persons given the property size. Beds were comfortable. Management responded promptly to our request for extra towels and understanding dishwasher functions. I would definitely stay again.

A little crowded for 7 people
We love the Cape and the weather was great while we were there. The townhouse was smaller than we had pictured. Some of the drawers were in need of repair. It was a little crowded for 7 of us. But we still had a great time.

Terrible start to a wonderful vacation. We will be back to Cape San Blas but we won't stay here!
Like always... we got a late start leaving on our vacation so we didn't arrive till later in the evening. As I am a frequent user of AirBnB, I was expecting all of the check in information to be on my VRBO app. Well, long story short, it wasn't. We called the number and went back and forth with the after hours service and finally got the keys to the condo a hour and a half later. We weren't sure we were at the right condo since there was someone parked in our tiny driveway! We were at the right place and we were exhausted. After a day on the road we just wanted to get inside and go to sleep! So we hauled all of our stuff in from our car in the neighbor's driveway and hit the sack. The next morning we were excited to fix a cup of coffee on our first day of vacation. Unfortunately the entire kitchen and every dish and utensil were sticky! We had to wash EVERYTHING before we used it. It was BEYOND filthy! Then I started looking around and quickly realized everything was filthy! I wish I could download pictures with this review. I have plenty. The kitchen was the worst. I picked up a coffee mug and it still had hot chocolate in it! The top of the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There were fans throughout the condo that had so much dust collected that they probably had never been cleaned! It was obvious by the amount of dust, debris and hair that the cabinets in the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a very long time! Y'all... it was gross. And we're in the middle of a pandemic! It was completely unacceptable! So we got ready and went straight to Pristine Properties, the property managers. I told the receptionist that I was taking Covid very seriously and that since they weren't wearing masks that I would be glad to speak with someone outside. Suzanne came out, I explained the issues and let her know that we would be packing up and that we would be out of the rental within the hour. She was very sweet at first. She offered to have someone come in and clean for us. I didn't want to have someone in there with all of our things AND I knew that they wouldn't be wearing a mask. I explained very politely that the place just wasn't up to our standards. Once she realized that there wasn't anything she could say to get us to stay there, her demeanor totally changed. I would highly recommend that Pristine properties review their cleaning protocol as well as increase training in customer service! They only refunded me half! So sad. =(
