Enjoy all the charm of Sorrento from your door step! Wake up and enjoy breakfast and the paper on the large sunny deck, or take your furry friend (by prior arrangement) on the 2 minute stroll to enjoy all the offerings of the vibrant Sorrento Village.

This charming beach cottage has plenty to entertain you, with a good size yard big enough for a game of backyard cricket, bocce or finska whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles or a BBQ dinner on the large entertaining deck.

COTTAGE FEATURES:

This charming beach cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area and TV for watching movies and a large indoor spa bath for relaxing and taking time out for yourself, what more could you want!

Also on the same block are the Sorrento Beach Cottages #1 and the Sorrento Beach House, complete with a stunning swimming pool which are perfect to also rent out for large family groups and special occasions. Please enquire for more information.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, which is close to the main shopping street in Sorrento. The cottage is comfortable and has all modern amenities. The property manager communicated well and provided responsive services. However, the property can be presented more neatly (e.g., the door makes a loud noise when opening and closing. With a bit of oil on the door hinges, the noise problem can be solved easily). Although the property is well-fenced, there is a large gap at the gate entrance, and a small dog can get out easily. It is beyond the property manager's control that the cottage next door had a party starting at midnight. The disco music was so loud. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the experience could have been more positive.

Great location - average property

This place is in a great location, however is incredibly small and we could not sleep as were attacked by mosquitos all night (possibly coming through some gaps in the door or windows as it's an old property). My partner proposed to me that weekend however we had to check out a night early as we couldn't bare the thought of being attacked by mosquitos again so it wasn't a very pleasant experience for us. Unfortunately the communication from the rental agency is not very good either as they offered no apology and no refund or compensation for the night that we didn't stay but paid for. Would stay at one of the hotels next time, they are cheaper, cleaner and offer more privacy. The property didn't look dog proof either as the gate leading to shared driveway didn't close properly and there were gaps under the fences.

Fantastic and Dog Friendly!

We had a wonderful time at this pristine and comfortable cottage. Loved the luxurious spa bath, and our doggie enjoyed the large grassy area and huge undercover deck. The property was safely fenced and we felt confident leaving her whilst we walked around the corner to all the lovely cafes and shops. The dog beach was nearby, and the owners very kindly left us a pamphlet letting us know where else we could walk our pooch. Beautiful quiet location, and the most comfy bed I've slept in for ages! We thought everything was great, and will definitely be back.

Good location and within easy walking distance to Sorrento shops & cafes and also to the back beach. However, there were no insect screens on windows or doors and we suffered from mosquitos. It does have airconditioning but I would have preferred fresh air at a beach cottage.
