If you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation, look no further than our stunning oceanfront condo. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is located on the 14th floor of the North Hampton Tower, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Grand Strand. You will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that fill the living room, dining room, and kitchen with natural light and breathtaking scenery. You can step out to the 736 sq. foot wrap around balcony and enjoy the fresh sea breeze, the soothing sound of the waves, and the spectacular sunrise. You might even spot some dolphins, pelicans, or fishing boats in the distance. Our condo is tastefully decorated in a beach theme and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spa shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two queen size beds, a dresser, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room has a large sectional sofa and chair, and a smart TV with cable. The dining room has a large table that seats six people. The kitchen has modern appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Our condo is part of the Kingston Resort, a premier destination for vacationers in Myrtle Beach. You will have access to all the restaurants, which includes the newly opened Black Drum, the beach bars and the full service Spa. You will also have access to North Hampton’s Indoor Pool and Whirlpool. This is the only Tower with an indoor pool. This is a privately owned condo and you will not have access to any of the Hotel pools or Splash Zone.
The beach is just steps away from the condo, where you can relax on the sand, swim in the ocean, or play some water sports. There is also a boardwalk that connects the resort to the nearby attractions, such as the Apache Pier and hotel restaurants. Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the buzzing restaurant district known as Restaurant Row are a short trip by car. You will never run out of things to do and see in Myrtle Beach.

Great time in Myrtle Beach!

Here’s a warm, helpful, and thoughtful review you can post for your VRBO stay:---We had a **wonderful stay on the 14th floor** with breathtaking views of the ocean! The condo was well-equipped with thoughtful touches, like basic pantry items (spices, oils, etc.), which made cooking much easier. We also appreciated the collection of **games, puzzles, and DVDs**—such a nice addition for family time.We celebrated **Easter and my daughter’s 16th birthday** during our stay, and the space was perfect for creating those special memories. The **beach access is directly in front of the condo**, which made it incredibly convenient, and the **indoor pool** was a big hit with our youngest.The grounds of **Kingston Plantation are beautiful and well-maintained**, and my husband and I enjoyed peaceful walks each day. Walmart is just a short drive away, which made grocery runs quick and easy.There were even **a couple beach chairs** on the balcony, which we didn’t use since we brought our own, but they’re a nice touch for future guests.My only suggestion would be to consider adding a **second dresser or chest of drawers** in the front guest room, as the current storage is a bit limited for multiple guests.Overall, this was a lovely, comfortable space for our family. We'd absolutely return!

Beautiful beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach

This was our second stay at this property. The corner condo is beautifully furnished with ample space and careful thought about everything a guest might need or want during our stay. There is a wraparound deck and stunning ocean views from every room. There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool on the property grounds. The condo was also exceptionally clean. We highly recommend this lovely property!

Oceanfront condo

The location was very quiet which was a plus. Locals were very friendly and welcoming. Close to a grocery store, and other shopping necessities. Pleasant stay and great communication with host with whatever needed. Recommend this location away from the typical hustle and bustle of MB vacation traffic.

Mother's Day Getaway May 2024

The condo is beautiful,clean, and cozy. It's in a safe area. The staff at the condo was nice and helpful. I love the view of the ocean from each room, the backsplash and countertops, the master bedroom shower wall and flooring (I love home decor). The view from the balcony and the sound of the waves is amazing. Early morning sunrise with a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts run on the balcony is everything. We had an awesome stay! The location is GREAT- you are near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, shopping mall, shopping plaza and movie theater. There is also a dunkin donuts (coffee run with croissant sandwich) and Starbucks ( coffee run with turkey,cheddar, and egg white sandwich). The owner of the condo was super sweet and pleasant. She was just a call or email away. We had a snack basket there upon arrival which was awesome and a plus for us since we drove from Atlanta and just want wanted to relax upon arrival. The condo was clean and beautifully laid out. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a few meals and then some. We ate out everyday, but it's expensive to do that. There was 4 adults and there was plenty of tissue, towels, wash clothes, paper towels, laundry detergent. This was truly a fabulous stay. You must go to the Gospel Brunch at The House of Blues( GREAT live music and food) and Spa 33( facial, massages, Mani/Pedi, and mimosas is a win-win) if can. We had an amazing time there. This condo is where you need to be:))

Quick spring break Getaway !!

I went on a quick spring break trip with my mom sister and my Twin girls along with there best friend and it was a last min trip so had to make a fast decision as places were narrowing down and behold this lovely condo appeared I was a little hesitate as I’m like this late why is this still available no way could this be this nice. I read all the reviews and all were so good and I’m still like hmm why is it left well time is ticking and have to get somewhere to stay so I booked and boy o boy what a pleasent shock. The condo is exactly what u see, there is only one suprise, it’s even better in person. The photos do it no justice, The views are unmatched there is ocean views in every room down to the kitchen including washing dishes :) along with a wrap around deck .. oh and how clean it was upon arrival was just another notch up would Defiantly recommed this place Over and over !! One more thing, Diane (The host ) was Great she was so welcoming and made u feel right at home, the treat basket she left upon arrival was so plentiful not just a little something it was well thought of and very much appreciated .. overall a 10 out of 10 !!!

Gorgeous condo

The condo is in a great location. It was very clean and check in was an easy process. All the bedrooms had great views of the beach. The condo was very roomy and nice. We all loved the huge balcony with the gorgeous views. It was an easy walk to the Apache Pier on the beach from the condo.

We were wowed from the moment we opened the door to the condo. The ocean view from the large wraparound balcony really is spectacular! The condo itself is very comfortable & beautifully appointed with beachy/coastal decor throughout. It really has anything & everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. We appreciated the special touches like the nicely scented bodywash, liquid hand soap, hand lotion, bottled water, basket of snacks, fresh flowers like the orchids in the bathroom & tropical flowers on the dining room table. The amenities like the outdoor & indoor pools, restaurants nearby & of course the beach at your doorstep, are great From the beginning, our host, Diane Turner did a wonderful job communicating with us. She emailed us with all the information necessary & was always available to answer any questions we had. - She couldn't have been more warm & welcoming. You really can't go wrong choosing this fabulous oceanside condo for your stay. I've stayed in other oceanside properties - & I can honestly say that this condo was hands down the best ever!

A perfect place to stay!

From the moment we walked in the door we knew we had made the perfect choice! The property was clean and beautifully decorated in calming aqua tones with modern amenities and luxury vinyl planking floors throughout. Therd were plenty of fluffy towels, pillows, and all of the beds were extremely comfotable. The front lobby was pristine and there are plenty of smooth running elevators with clean, dry floors! Hallways were clean, modern and quiet. The views from the wrap around balcony were stunning! Thank you Diane for the privilege of sharing your spectacular condo! We loved your special touches of detailed instructions, generous gift basket, and excellent dining recommendations. We'll be back!

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach with a Beautiful View.

Difficult to decide which is the most beautiful so why not just enjoy all three. The condo is amazing. From the very tasteful and comfortable beach decor, secure and convenient location within a beautiful gated community to the fourteenth floor huge balcony with unlimited views will make your stay unforgettable . It is so well maintained, complete with so many extras, and a host who will make you feel so welcomed, you will not want to leave. And, sorry, however I cannot find one negative comment to make. This is one VRBO which will exceed your expectations.

We came to South Carolina to escape the harsh Northern winters. As lovers of the ocean and the sun, it didn't take long to fall in love with our new home which we enjoy sharing with others.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this condo the minute that I opened the door and saw the floor to ceiling walls of windows and the view of the ocean outside. The L Shaped wrap around covered balcony is amazing and the sounds of the ocean and wildlife made me feel at peace.





What makes this property unique

Direct Oceanfront located on the 14th floor. Amazing views. Professionally decorated and recently updated. Rare wrap-around balcony that is furnished with dining tables for al fresco dining and private exit from bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 with seating areas. The sounds of the ocean and wildlife provide a peaceful and relaxing respite. Kingston Plantation is a gated community that has the amenities of a resort. Spa Services with Sauna, pool, and more. Walking trails, beautiful wildlife, restaurants and more. The Wet Whistle Bar at the Hilton is walking distance. Enjoy a great menu, cocktails on the beach and musical entertainment during the Summer Season. The Black Drum Brewery is walking distance and has great food and beverages. Barefoot Landing, the Convention Center is about 15 minutes away by car. During the season, you can attend a Pelican's baseball game at night. Total Fun!!!
